Wish I caught the gentleman's so I could give him a shout out on this forum... as he very friendly and more important very knowledgeable. The prices were also somewhat reasonable. Based on the criteria that I just mentioned, I will definitely be going back if and when I need the use of their knowledgeable and/or products. Now a days, it's nice to receive exemplary customer service...

Went to the professionals today to deal with an issue that my family have been dealing with over a year now only to be told that if they don't know what it is they can't help basically apparently I have a bird chipmunk or a squirrel living behind my finished drywall for this long without anyone seeing it lol with the color of my skin its hard to get good help in winnipeg these unless my Caucasian woman is with me the staff is very standoffish and abrupt and i had to call my spouse and put her on speaker to convince them that It wasn’t those suggested animals she felt insulted i will continue to leave bad reviews on these customers based businesses until i am being treated fairly and to make others aware of the bad services I have been experiencing lately... Good jingle but bad service... the owners should be ashamed

I felt compelled to write a review, because of the amazing service we received from Poulins, and especially from the young man who came to treat our home, I believe his name was Brent. I am deathly afraid of mice, and this was our second winter where I seen them in our house. We live behind a field and a lake and was told that these little buggers could get in very easily. They came on the initial appointment and did a check around the house and fixed up anything that could possibly be an opening for the mice to get in. They came inside and did the same, and as petrified as I was, I was asking for many many traps but the exterminator advised that we only needed three in this house saving me money. My husband was adamant that he would be able to take care of the problem himself and when the problem arose again in the second year, I called Poulins.I’m happy to say that within one month, we were mice free and I’m able to sleep soundly again. Poulins was very professional, courteous, efficient, and quick with helping us with our problem. If mice ever comes back or anything else, I would never even hesitate to give them a call again.Thank you Poulins!!!

If a guy by the name of Travis" comes to spray for Bed Bugs I would HIGHLY suggest to NOT have him do it as he doesn't know what he's doing. I would DEFINITELY recommend Roland he's everything Travis isn't. Roland is professonal

The individual who came to inspect told me the bugs love humidity and that I shouldn't interfere with their habits. Spreaders, that's what they are!

I hired this company for my mice problem in January 2022 because of their long-standing reputationThey took my money and I STILL have the problemThey set up poison traps and came around after the snow left and could find any places where the mice were getting inI had stuffed some mouse proof material in where I thought they were getting in and was told I did a good job,Thank you for the compliment!!!The only mice being caught are the ones in my own traps that I set myselfThey set up poison traps that did nothingThey sent out a guy to inspect my house when no one was home without letting me know so I could do the walk around with him!!!! He left a report that I couldn't decipher.Myself and my wife have left messages for them and they go unreturnedGreat customer service!!!I guess they want us to go away!!We are not difficult people to deal with.We just want our problem fixed.I just disposed of another furry menace todayTotally PO ed!!!I guess being nice and patient doesn't work anymore.I guess I will have to contact another companyThanks for nothing Poulins!!!
