I have been here twice and the piercers are so nice! I got my lip and septum pierced and they helped me calm down both times. Very nice place and very professional. 100% recommend!

It took about a week to set up a meeting with Samira then she changed the appointment time and then showed up late for our meeting which ended up being the exact time we had in the first place. That's not what the bigger issue was. She used stencils to show me options but what I really needed was a custom draw. I asked if she can do that & she said she'd need a couple of days to get back to me with a drawing. In the end, a week has gone by and no word. Just wish she would've said she wasn't down to do it in the first place. Not good customer service. Didn't think asking to get an appointment just for a consult would cause so much delay and no result in the end.

I’ve gotten countless piercings here, I go on Tuesday which have a $25 speacial. The service is quick and I have never had to wait too long. I bring most of my family here for their first piercings.

Elle did an amazing job with my helix piercing. She was friendly and took her time to explain the process, the best location for my piercing where the least friction would be felt by the piercing and my glasses. She also made sure I liked the placement and saw the angle once it was pierced. I honestly loved my experience getting my piercing today and I am so in love with how it looks. The staff at Colibri was amazing too and the space is clean, tidy and top notch! I, 100% recommend this place for your next piercing!

I had a great experience with Samira! I got tattoos with a large group of friends and she was incredibly meticulous, accommodating and friendly. Obsessed with the attention to detail! The tattoos were reasonably priced and we’re all so happy with them :) Definitely will be back!

I came here for a last minute tattoo on Wednesday night. They do 25% off on Wednesday’s and we walked in. They were so accommodating and kind. The artist, Alla, did a fine line tattoo and it was SO amazing. Her attention to detail was amazing and I am so happy with my tattoo. I’ll definitely come back! Highly recommend
