Metro Plus Pincourt
We have given Metro Pincourt so many chances to improve over several years. We share with them every time we find expired or written food on their shelves or when an employee at their deli counter is not hygienic. These instances have happened several times and for as few times we actually go to Metro, the fact that it occurs so often is alarming.

The store is clean the staff is very friendly.much selection in the fresh meat department, and inspect your fruit before you purchase often bruised or going bad.

The variety of products is smaller than the Metro in Ile Perrot. When you look at the Metro flyers in apps their flyer isn't accurate as you have to look for the specific store. Went there often for items on sale in the flyer and, was told by the staff that they don't run the same sales as other stores. Wasted gas... Especially at the price of gas... Not cool. Also they were always opened until 22h. Now they close at 21h. I wind up going to Maxi instead since they close at the same time.

Sometimes the staff doesn’t much friendly. Today I had bitter experience when I was behind of another customer while paying cash. Cashier gave him plenty of time to make it pack and cashier also helped him before asking for payment. But when it came my turn she was quick even before allowing me to put things into bag by myself, cashier asked me about money.

This is my grocery store and has been for at least 30 years...in all different locations where I lived. Always top notch and very professional sales personnel helpful and pleasant. Hope to shop there for the next 30 years, God willing lol!

Better hours than many of the surrounding grocery store. Prices are also definitely higher. Found their staff to be more responsive and focused on their work than the Maxi across the street.

This shopping trip I noticed that alot of empty spaces on alot of the shelves. Still a good selection but low on stock. Could be because of the long weekend and ice storm though. Otherwise store clean, checkout fast.
