I am very disappointed after purchasing at least 4 vehicles at this dealership . A new silverado has acted up again , not running correctly with only 34,000 km . Last June it failed while traveling in the USA and I lost use of it for 3 weeks . Yes, I was provided a rental car but not capable of towing etc. Now when I called in for warranty repair I was told the best they could do was 12 days later before they could even diagnose the problem .The supervisor said it would be best not to use the truck . So far no offer of a loaner vehicle and am now waiting until May 5th before they can even start looking at it . previous repair GM replace 2 pushrods and left the rest in the engine . I guess we will see eventually what is wrong now . This is the time of the year I need to use it while travelling !! not a happy customer ! I was offered that they would buy it back at a substantially reduced price that I certainly cannot accept .

10/10 experience with everyone at Greg Garner! Thanks to Yan and Cory for helping me find the perfect vehicle and making the whole process simple. Also a bonus that they are some of the friendliest people in Squamish!

My daughter was travelling from Ontario to Victoria and living in her truck. She broke down and was towed to Greg Gardner Motors. Jenna, Dale and Tammie were so nice. I made several calls (worried mom, lol), and each time they were very pleasant. The work was done quickly at a fair price. So thank you Jenna, Dale and Tammie! Nice to know there are caring people out there.

Have dealt with Greg and Bud for years. Recent purchases were through Jeff Fairbairn who is now back to coaching pro skiers! First class operation all the way!! Looking forwards to my next order coming in!!

The level of incompetence was staggering...Dealing with Service Manager George, was worse than a root canal. Arrogant without the competence to back it up, George is the type of guy who makes stuff up on the spot and when called out, makes up more nonsense reasons for not doing his job correctly. He refuses to take any responsibility for himself while throwing his staff under the bus, blaming everything on them or the customer. He blatantly disregards the very IDEA of customer service and the wining, poor me attitude George expresses was relentless. Nothing but continued moaning about being short staffed and he doesn’t know how a calendar works.Lastly, the check engine light came on before I was even 30 minutes outside of Squamish. Needless to say, I’m having my local dealership double check George’s work. We’ve since heard grumblings that Greg Gardner Motors has a negative reputation, now I’m not surprised. That said, the other staff I dealt with (receptionists, mechanics, drivers, etc.) were very good. George needs to learn from them what customer service looks like. Did I mention George is short?

Truly blown away by the good reviews of this place. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. Our car came out WORSE than when we brought it in. ZERO accountability DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM.

I had my truck detailed at Greg Gardner and the team did a wonderful job. My truck felt new when I got it back. They were able to do a same day appointment and completed the service on time. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Greg Gardner!

We just purchased a vehicle from this dealership. They were amazing. Our saleswoman (Becca) was lovely. She genuinely listened to what we were looking for in a car and she helped us find the perfect vehicle. She was very personable and had a great attitude. Richard from finance was also great. He helped us pick the best packages and went through each step to make sure we understood everything. Was by far the best experience we have had at a dealership. Thank you!
