Cashiers were polite but not knowledgeable with the requirements of passport photos. First time, the photos were rejected by the passport office because it had way too much lighting and shadow. Went back to retake the photos with a different cashier but the results were the same. Pretty frustrated with the whole experience especially waiting in line at passport office takes forever. In the end, decided to go elsewhere.
