Save your self the time and print at the library or buy a printer, is way cheaper. The have no people to help you, it takes forever to print something and is super expensive. Seriously don’t go, it’s a waste of time and money.

Very disappointed. I ordered online, received a confirmation of my order, received a confirmation my order was ready for pickup, picked up my items and asked if it was all there, and they confirmed it was. Only when I was home did I discover items missing.When I contacted the store, they told me some items were no longer in stock. When I asked why it was that I was not told until I contacted them, I was told I would not be charged for items not provided. I want and I need those items, and am willing to pay. It's not acceptable to be told items are read for pickup when they don't exist.

Got a computer chair and desk here. Both on sale and decent prices - full price is ridiculous. Unfortunate thing is that we waited for service in the office section. No one was in the area to help with the desk.

I find the service here has gotten a little lax over the past few years. They seem to concentrate on selling big ticket items instead of giving the same level of customer service to everyone. Cashier are very nice and polite.
