Cubeit Portable Storage - Victoria

Absolutely terrible experience. Drop off of empty container was reasonable. Pick up was delayed by a week, and Cubeit did not communicate about any of the delays. I had to call them everyday to find out what was going on. The delay in removing the container created conflict with new owners of property since the container was limiting access to the property.Return of full container (with all of my belongings) is now two days overdue. Again, zero communication from Cubeit. When I reached out to them I was assured the container with my things would be delivered today. It was not. And again no communication, or alternative solution. I'm supposed to move into my new home on Sunday. I can't make any alternative plans because cubeit is completely unreliable.Do not recommend this company at all.

Convenient way to make moving a little less stressful. Didn’t realize drops and pick-ups are only on certain days and it’s a 28 day rental, not by the month, so we didn’t anticipate some of the extra charges but overall a good experience.

It's always so nice working with this company. Customer service has been responsive, taking the time to make sure you're looked after -- like a human being. Thank you!

We rented two containers and the company was good to work with. They picked up and dropped off the containers at specified dates. The containers work well and kept everything dry and safe. The drivers were professional at all times.

Some of the best Quality service in the field. Lisa was an amazing driver confirming drop off and pick up. Followed directions to a tee with suggestions of improving the experience. I cannot say enough about the time and effort that this company saved us in our move. Highly recommend Cubeit and their team.

Even though this move was planned well in advance, you can always expect some difficulties at some point during the whole process. The representative I started with in Ontario, was the most helpful in the end. Delivery and pickup went smooth for the most part, although a vehicle had partially blocked access on the day of pick up, we quickly resolved the problem. Cost changes were an issue due to global events related to fuel costs, not a nice pill to swallow at the time but sometimes you need to let go of the things you can't control. The primary issues began at the delivery destination, my understanding was the container would be shipped to Nanaimo and held there until I arranged for pick up at some future date. It actually ended up in Victoria and was eventually shipped to a yard in Parksville. On the date of the first pick up 19 Sept, I arrived at the yard in Parkville and to my surprise even though it was confirmed for pick up that day by the Companies Satellite staff who I contacted on that day. The whole day was a waste of time and money. A new pick up date for the 3 Oct was arranged. The second go round went a lot smoother than the first time, great communication prior from the driver, and the original staff I dealt with in Ontario. The icing on the cake is Cubeit stepped up to the plate and reimbursed me for my costs and I would also say the inconvenience I experienced from the first go round. Thanks for being there in the end.

Cube-it made our local move less stressful. No rushing to load and unload trucks. Kept our home liveable as we prepared for moving day and again at our new home. Our items were kept securely just steps away.
