My pharmacy wasn't submitting a claim properly and tried to bill me. I had called them 3 times but they were dismissing me and saying I wasn't covered. It was super frustrating! I got through to Greenshield agent Dana ID# 5569 first thing Monday morning who personally called the pharmacy, spoke to the pharmacy assistant and then the pharmacist and explained to them until they submitted it properly. Wow! I never expected service like that from an insurance company.After all that, Dana also helped me figure out a separate issue with another claim.Thank you Dana!!!! You made my day!You also definitely made me appreciate having Greenshield coverage.

I would give it 5 star If the app was a little better... it takes too long to update, doesn't send notifications or emails in case you need additional documents and is unclear on certain areas so I have to call customer service often to clarify different issues!The good part is that customer service is usually pretty good... they are clear, efficient and well trained.Yesterday I had the pleasure to be assisted by Debra #5372 and it was great!! I had 4 or 5 issues/questions and she was able to assist me and address all of my concerns immediately! She even went as far as contacting my provider directly (which is not common as they are not an outbound center) to clarify some areas in order to allow my claim to go through!If it was possible to get assigned to a specific agent I would love to have her cause you can feel she truly cares!1000 STARS for Debra!

My wife called Green Shield to get some answers as to why our dental claim was denied. She spoke to Lisa 5422 and she helped her through the process of re-submitting her claim to make sure it was done correctly. Lisa stayed on the line while my wife filled out the form. We feel Lisa went above and beyond her job to help us get our claim submitted. We appreciate Lisa’s kindness and help today. Thank you Lisa.Leslie & Barry

Good day all. I would like to compliment Greenshield on its excellent team of Customer Service people. I have had occasion to need to call them often and have always commented to each and everyone how they do their job so well.Last Friday the 30th of June 2023 I was again in contact due to a lengthy illness which caused me to be unable to submit some 10 months of claims for reimbursements on a spending account. I knew that the ones from 2022 were beyond claiming due to the 90 day limit for previous years. There were 4 months.On this day I was attended by Mary Margaret (5374) who was kind, attentive and helpful as I have come to expect from this department. But this kind lady went a step beyond what I expected and informed me that she would investigate what could be done about these missed payments even though I had no hope of seeing the money.I was called back the next Monday, a fact which I totally did not expect, and was told that she had arranged to have the paymentsapproved.I believe that Mary Margaret went above and beyond her duties and recovered me money that I was sure I had lost. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Mary Margaret!

Excellent service! Both people, Jeremy and Gwen that I have spoken to in the last couple of weeks have been patient and very pleasant. Their service has been nothing less than excellent. Thank you for explaining how my benefits work. I have not submitted any claims in the past so this could have been a difficult journey.

if possible, I want to give a 6 out 5 star to Joey agent 5164, he was so prompt, and responsive compared with my other coordinated group benefits carrier. No long hold, and explained everything with clarity! I am lucky my new employer chose the Wawanesa life as group benefit carrier!

I would like to extend my gratitude to Dana ID# 5569, as she went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue likely caused by a computer error. Dana was very professional and courteous as we troubleshooted the issue together. She was able to review multiple supporting documents and stayed on the line to provide feedback to me in real time.Thank you Dana!

On today's date, June 7/2023, I required assistance in logging in to my account and to submit an online claim. I was first assisted by Danielle #5454 in gaining access to my account login and then later assisted by Meghan #5268 in submitting my online claim. Both these young ladies should be commended and recognized for their courteous and professional customer service. They made this transaction both easy and painless. Excellent customer service. I called on June 5, 2023. I spoke to AGENT: Steven 5336 He went over and above to help me. I was calling to inquire about coverage for few items. Steven was also very personable. Kudos to Green Shield for having great staff, Customer Service Call Centre. It's always a great feeling when you finish a call like that and you enjoyed the experience!
