With being a member for over 10 years there services and quality of service has gone down hill to the point I wonder why I even bank with them anymore.

Ok I found extended credit very hard to get, I guess its because they have very strict rules, ok so why did they put 10,000 dollars into my account and I waited to see how long they would leave it in, well it was 30 days, like I thought I won the bank lottery or something, anyway I feel uneasy about having my money into a bank which makes mistakes like that so I cashed out as soon as they were bought out by pace, hopefully things have changed since I have left, end of story.

This branch has declined to lousy and unfriendly service. I have been a member of the local Credit Union for the past 60+ years - until now.Regrets if any - that I did not leave sooner.

I would recommend changing your store hours or opening on a Saturday so people who work 8-5(typically job) can actually do in person banking.
