Nick is the best trainer I've ever had in my life. His patient, attentive and scientific methods have been a game changer for me. I am a master at quitting, but Nick quickly changed all that. He was the first person to inspire to me work as hard as I have while training with him. The most important things is that he understands and respects your body's limits/capabilities without asking you to do something that might have negative consequences but at the same time making sure you are pushing yourself to your true potential. He's more than a trainer and will make sure you are set on the best possible path that you want to get on. Namaste.

I have been working with Nick for a few months now. I told him I was new to working out and wanted to lose some of my Covid weight. I was a little nervous about everything because its was sooo new to me. We started off with simple exercises but they were tough for me and I felt the burn and we did my nutrition. I certainly notice a change in my body and how my clothes are fitting. Keeping up with my homework a couple days a week too!!!Thank you very much Nick!!

One of vancouvers best personal trainers hands down. Very personable and easy to talk to, nick asked the right question and took the time to understand my needs and tailor a workout to my specific physique, capabilities, and goals. Also dialed up intensity as needed, and kept weight training and aerobic workouts dynamic and fun.Perhaps most importantly for me, he understood exactly when to push and kept me accountable to my stated goals, and I couldn’t be happier with the results in such a short time. I’ve been working with Nick for nearly a year both in person and virtually after he was referred to me by an existing client. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated to his clients, and has a sincere passion for fitness. He’s helped me drop nearly 30lbs while still maintaining my muscle mass, all while not completely sacrificing weekend beers and meals out. He showed me that fitness is about balance, which made his programs really easy to follow.

Nick is a great trainer and a very nice guy. He helped me with a long term shoulder injury and now I'm pain free and sleeping properly for the first time in years. If anybody is thinking about working with Nick, I'd say definitely do it

Nick was super great. I was a beginner at weight training and he taught me the fundamentals I needed to work towards my goals. He’s super smart and knows how to explain things in ways that beginners like me can easily understand.. like what muscles do what, how to strengthen them properly, etc. He’s also super friendly and easy going so there’s no awkwardness or feeling dumb or intimidated. I had a budget and Nick went above and beyond to make sure we hit all my training goals before sending me on my way. No heckling or pitching, it was obvious he just wanted to help me the best he could to reach my fitness goals.
