Summer of 2022 - we did a renovation.Olson plumbing and heating did the following work for us: removed an (ancient) in-floor heating boiler, a domestic hot-water tank, kitchen faucets and sink, and entire bathroom: tub, shower, basin/vanity and toilet. And on top of that, all of the piping (supply and drain) for the entire house. All of it.The work was extensive and at times challenging - as it was an old house with unfinished crawl space and an adjacent building. As you can imagine over the years this old house collected various, and variously decayed sections of piping going back decades.As work progressed our water was maintained in the living space while all drain pipes were replaced, the entire bathroom remodeled with all new fixtures, and the kitchen plumbing redone. Severin and his crew installed a top of the line Navien Combi boiler. The new system serves all of the hot water needs for the entire house and in-floor heating for the adjacent building.And even when it got tough - when other trades let us down - Severin was always there - helping me when one of the trades walked away leaving a terrible mess and us out money. His coaching and advice were invaluable and his patience stellar!With everything completed we are now seeing roughly a 23% drop in natural gas consumption as compared to past years. And not only do we have more and quicker hot water, but we also feel secure knowing our plumbing is solid and up to date.I absolutely recommend Olson Plumbing, they are meticulous, careful professionals.
