Ordered buddy with cheese at highbury and Huron get home to find mold on the bun had to drive back to get a refund will never eat at A&W ever again this should have been caught A&W is worse than I have ever seen in all my years going there. Offered me free food to make things right but just didn't get it when I said I will never eat here again he did say sorry alot but what good is sorry when you hand someone bad food with no care in mind!

Pretty good food!!! Their fries were very impressive. I got a chicken sandwich with mayonnaise and (even though I normally like mayo) I think I would have enjoyed the sandwich I got here more if I got it without mayonnaise. Maybe their mayo wasn't the best, but overall the food was pretty good!

Worst staff experience I ever had in Canada is at this place..The staff working at that time were rude.I always see before whatever I eat.I ordered same thing two times and i got two different things, I respectfully asked them to make a one without bacon and they were like I have to pay for it.Then i thought to give a try and ask them to remove bacon from my burger and give it back…So the guy there directly uses his finger in front of me and removes it. At this point I was clear that i will not eat that burger. This kind of hospitality is not expected at a good hotspot like A&W.I wish I had clicked some photos.

Been to many A&W's. Unfortunately, this one isn't the greatest in comparison to the rest. The food seems to be slightly under cooked, and the service is rather slow.I wouldnt say it's a bad location, but there are alot better locations in London.

Came through and only got onion rings. They had basically no seasoning so I went back through and kindly asked for more seasoning. I was scolded and told that it's the correct amount" even though after getting my "extra" it still wasn't. They didn't check them or anything just blindly poured some seasoning into my bag."

Depends on location. The one west of London on the 401 is a disaster. Cashier kept getting my very simple order wrong, then waited 15 minutes before realizing nobody's cooking anything at all. Young teens in the kitchen didn't see my order, apparently. Told them just to refund me, as I'm not waiting for another 15, 20 or more minutes. It took 10 minutes to get my refund. I'm 66, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Plus they've got the nerve to charge you higher prices than any other A & W. Left there and went into London to the Highbury Ave. location. Perfect service and food. Finally.

Just ordered 3 combos there. The onion rings were so loaded down with season salt we could not eat them. The were orange coloured there was so much on them. Not what we expected at all. One more fast food restaurant we will not be ordering from again.

The service was really slow, it took a long time for them just to take our orders and serving the food. There's too much salt in the fries and onion rings, they're not refilling the ketchup dispenser. They do not even have ice. Lastly, staff do not know how to do customer service. Overall, this place is poorly managed.

If they spoke English it would be amazing! Everytime we've gone lately they have messed up the order. Three different people have come over the drive thru intercome to take the order. It's honestly ridiculous. If you wanna work make sure you can speak and understand English!

They can't understand you thru the drive-thru and the burgers had pretty much nothing on them just the bun and paty cheese a few onions and 1 small pickle and mustered and ketchup and a little bit of mao and it is way to pricey and for the chicken strips for a kids meal you only get 2 peaces of chicken strips not cool my family and I are not happy to all! That's the last time we ate going there!
