We found mr.moen to be very good at explaining how he could supply and install products that would suit our needs.The two technicians that installed were very cautious, courteous and clean. They explained how the system works and I was given a couple of sessions explaining the operation. I have had to call and get answers ( how do I do this and that.) They are very helpful.Yes I would recommend Certified alarm for security. Mervin C.

Certified Alarms did a great job installing the security camera system at a condo we manage. They took the time to do a site visit and met with the Board to review the scope of the work that was requested. Once the competitive quote was approved, work started quickly to install the system. Training was provided for the Board members to access the cloud to see footage from the cameras. All in all, it's been a positive experience and we would be happy to continue working with Certified Alarms & Surveillance on future projects.
