Went with family that were visiting from out of province.No kids menu but my daughters shared a Montreal smoked meat sandwich and the other kid had 1 piece of fish and chips. Kids are allowed until 2pm.Each meal comes with the choice of 2 sides. I had The Big Easy which came with a huge piece of moist fried chicken, lettuce, tomato and cheese. I thought it could have used some sauce and added a bit of ketchup. I had the fries and edamame for sides and both were very good. My wife had the Forage Burger with mushroom, onions, truffle aioli, cheese but seemed to be missing the arugula. She had the tossed greens which came with a good dressing and the roasted corn which was spiced well but the corn overcooked (soggy). The Montreal smoked meat sandwich came loaded with shaved meat, my sister enjoyed her steak sandwich and brother in-law enjoyed The Father's Office. All liked the fries and edamame but same soggy corn all around.The fountain drinks were way less watered down than other places and our waiter was prompt to refill (and great overall).We'll hit it up again in Calgary.

After biking from our campground into Canmore. We decided to have lunch here. The restaurant was cozy and the staff very friendly. The service was excellent and our server was very friendly. Ordered a burger with fries and street corn and the fish and chips. Both were really good. For us, the portion size is huge, neither of us could finish what we ordered.The washroom was very clean. We will definitely come back, next time we are in Canmore

Well prepared dishes with excellent flavor. The Savary Island bowl was fantastic- large, fresh veggies, large portion of salmon and just enough seasoning. The Father’s Office burger was also tasty and well cooked. The tomato bisque soup had a great texture and was delicious. Great beer list. Our server was super friendly. Definitely recommended if you’re in Canmore.

I loved Fergus & Bix! We were greeted warmly by our server and seated in a comfortable and cosy booth. The range of drinks was impressive and would cater to any taste you have from craft beers and cocktails to zero-proof drinks (I recommend the CR*FT Velvety Stout!). Two of us were visiting Canada from Plymouth, UK, and therefore keen to see what the fish and chips were like - the batter was light and crisp and the haddock was beautifully soft and tasty! I personally recommend the Montreal smoked meat sandwich, which was piled with soft and juicy beef and comes with a pickle and your choice of sides.If you're visiting Canmore and want a dinner experience which feels special and still casual, I definitely recommend Fergus & Bix. Great food, lovely staff who are attentive but not pushy, and a really pleasant atmosphere.

Came in to Fergus and Bix tonight for dinner. They were quite busy, our server was lovely but quite obviously very new. The manager who introduced himself as Mike was fantastic, he informed us that our food may take a little longer due to a large group who had just ordered and made sure we never had an empty drink. The food was excellent and although it appeared that most of the serving staff may be new as well the manager was on top of it and still having laughs with every table he talked to. Would highly recommend when visiting Canmore.

Fantastic selection of local beers on tap! Our waitress was brilliant and super knowledgeable on the different beers. We shared several tasting flights of the various beers which I highly recommend doing, awesome way to explore them all!They have great food specials as well on week nights, we had the fish and chips special for only $10, HUGE portions!

Great location on the Main Street in Canmore. Servers are super friendly and our meal came out very fast. The food is fantastic and the portions are very generous. I definitely recommend.

I dropped by on a Wednesday evening, the food was tasty and beers were delicious and service was on point. We’ll be back to try some more beers as they were so yummy!
