First Choice Haircutters

I have shown up to the business twice now and both times they are closed or about to close. Temporary hours are not updated on google. When I mentioned I had come here Sunday as google stated they were open the response was “ya 12pm-12am who is open at that time.” I didn’t look at the exact hours all I saw was 12pm and open and got in my vehicle to make the drive here from St Mary’s. I have anxiety as it is with going to a salon I have hyped myself up both times to come in and both times have been unable to get a simple trim as my hair is causing me anxiety. I think I will take myself to London next time as I do already come from out of Stratford.

The staff were quick and there was no appointment needed. Perfect for a busy mom.

Told them I wanted to just clean up the sides and back and basically fade it from a 2 at the bottom to a 4 at the top (of the sides which I figured was self explanatory because what i had first said), went home with a buzz cut not as a solution to a prior mistake they just upfront gave me a buzzcut.

First time at first choice and it will be my last!! Took my 3 year old who has some pretty bad matting in her hair. The stylist that took her was soo rude to me and my daughter and obviously didn’t want to help. She told me there was nothing they could do and she said only solution was a “short boy cut.” I refused to allow this and stormed out as the staff was just awful. Took her to salon 5010 and they were so caring and took all the knots out no problem. I will never return to this awful salon!

I have always had a bad experience with the Stratford location specifically. I have been there twice now and specifically tonight they were extremely rude. Each employee acts like they have something better to do then cut your hair. I brought my son in who has asthma and therefore a chronic cough. They refused to cut his hair because they heard him cough. However they didn’t tell me that until I sat there for 25 minutes with my two kids waiting. The last time I brought him they asked me why I was cutting his hair because he was only 2 and doesn’t need it. I have yet to meet someone in there who seems like they enjoy their job. Never again will I return.

I was told to come back in 45 minutes after giving my name. I came back in 40 minutes and waited for another 15 and still didn't get served. There was three stylus on when I originally came in but only one on when I came back. It's no wonder you're so far behind if you don't know how to properly schedule stuff!

It was more the experience of walking in at 5:10 pm tonight. The open sign was on the door was unlocked there were people in there I guess staff. I don't know and as soon as I walked in the girl who is working there I don't know if she is the manager or what her direction is but she gleefully seemed to say we're actually closed"I found her mannerism odd in that

Ok so I told the girl I was tired of my thick heavy hair and that I wanted it cut off! Well she gave me a wonderful asymmetrical pixie / bob type style and she did such an amazing job! She even got my curls to come back !! Love it have had a million complainants

Went to this place first time today , Stylist Marie was there I asked for my Son's hair cut and told I would like to get Comb Over haircut she said what the heck is Comb over I shared the pic ,she started cutting the hair pretty badly I asked her to watch what she was doing but she literally gave Damm to my concerns and the end result is see pics , she messed it all and when asked she should fix with making all equal and just shave my Son's head atleast he won't look like a clown she said she is done she couldn't do anything else . This is the worst ever experience I ever had in any place .No manager present and the stylist was so rude . Took her 20 bucks and when I asked where should I complain she said she gives a damn to wherever I wanna complaint.
