The ADHD Clinic

Similar experience to recent past reviews: my doctor made a referral last fall, we've heard nothing since then, I left voicemail which was never returned... then today I finally managed to reach the receptionist, and found out they've been CLOSED SINCE MARCH and aren't taking new clients. NOWHERE on this website does it say anything about this, my doctor's office doesn't know anything about this, and who knows how many other doctors and patients are completely in the dark and just waiting and waiting for a referral call that will never be returned. I honestly cannot believe how unprofessional this lack of information/communication is, and I hope the clinic rectifies this soon and actually answers all the people who have been waiting in vain.

I just called this office and the woman who answered sounded like I had just woken her up. No pleasantries at all, I wasn't even sure I was calling the right place. Based off of that short, curt interaction I would not go to this clinic, not that it even matters because they are unapologetically not taking new patients. It really made me feel like I was a nuisance calling them.

Can't believe the reviews are true and that this group doesn't respect the needs of their patients. The clinic was recommended by my doctor who clearly did not know the level of service this clinic provides (or doesn't provide I should say). I walked into the office on the day of the referral and they said they couldn't book me because their scheduling person wasn't there. They said they would call. They never did. Go check out the Possibilities Clinic - they are at least responsive.

When I first went to the ADHD clinic, having to have paid for an assessment it seems they were very quick to get on board with appointments and helping me. The doctor at the time was kind enough and seemed helpful. Then I had to put appointments on hold while I got my heart checked as the medication was going to put me in the hospital if I wasn't careful. After going through a family loss and a lot more, I've been trying to re-connect to figure out the next step, left multiple messages and have received NOTHING in return. No messages, no call backs, and for someone who needs help and assistance it is beyond frustrating.

Been two months since my referral was sent in, I've called, my doctor's office has called, nobody ever calls me back. I can't get one single appointment. I can't believe this place is in operation at all. With all the complaints on here they ought to be shut down. Disgraceful.

Called 3 times to get a follow up appointment and they never returned my calls. Left a voicemail. No coordinator ever called me back. Once they took my money they become completely unresponsive. This clinic has genuinely let me down and I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Clinic needs administrative reset. No emails or calls returned. Having to call 16 times to follow up. Confidential documents not sent and were sitting in the office.Not many options for clinics and seeing how you deal with such intense and complicated mental health disorders, maybe beneficial to be more on top of communication.Would not return to this clinic.

It was difficult for me to find a place in Toronto to get tested for adhd so this clinic- though busy- was well worth the wait. I felt that the process was very thorough and the Doctor was very attentive.

My physician sent in a referral 3 times. They never contacted me once. I phoned them three times and each time they said someone would call me back. No one ever did. Reading the other reviews here, I'm quite glad no one ever did get back to me. Do not waste your time with this thoroughly unprofessional operation. Sadly there appears to be a one star minimum here, or I would give them less.

I went into my appointment, had my assessment, got my report back as promised, within 3 weeks time. I than have called multiple times because I was going to meet with the ADHD coach, however I had to cancel a couple of times, so each time I called, I spoke to receptionist, no problems, so I am not sure why so many people have given reviews so negatively, this has not been my experience at all.
