Great service,Called for my keys being locked in trunk of my car ,(Audi A4),Bob said he’d be there in 25 mins and believe it or not he was there in 25 min,very rare. He was able to unlock the car so I had access to the truck ,with out damaging the door.Bob was very helpful and understanding of the situation.Thank you for the great service.Benny

Bob was great! After calling they put me through to him & he arrived at my hotel promptly to help me with my suitcase (I lost the key). This was a big help as I’m flying out tomorrow. He was very friendly & understanding. He finished the job in a neat & timely manner. Thanks Bob!

From the time I placed my initial call, it was 2 hours until my car door was opened.Techician" told me he would arrive within 20-25 minutes then called back after an hour to tell me he would be late because he had another job to finish first. Could barely understand him on the phone due to what Im assuming was a poor bluetooth connection in his vehichle.Showed up in an unmarked personal vehicle

Shalom was absolutely incredible. He took his time and helped us fix our Thule roof cargo rack in preparation for a road trip. He persisted until the job was done and we are very thankful for his professionalism. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

Had an issue with my mailbox lock. Arranged an appointment for 8 am and was positively surprised to see a technician there 15 minutes early. The issue was fixed quickly and professionally and the price was fair. Would recommend in a heart beat!

I needed a new key fob for my car, I lost my main one and was just relying on my spare. The website says they’ll be there in 15 minutes but when I called the guy said he’d be there in an hour and a half, and ultimately took a little longer than that. I was quoted over the phone it would be $155. When he arrived I was surprised he didn’t ask for any sort of ID or proof of car ownership. Once he was done I assumed I could pay with debit or credit but he insisted on cash since he gave me “a deal” because I had a working key, saying that usually it costs a lot more. I don’t know what difference paying in cash makes? So I had to drive to the bank he followed me there, ultimately I paid $165. I wasn’t asked to sign anything or given any sort of receipt for proof of work/service/payment.

One thirty minutes late and then the technician called me and said I need another 30 minutes.Very bad customer service and no respect for clients time.I don’t recommend dealing with them at alll.

Pathetic service and very deceptive !I had a door lock problem. They quoted me $150 labour, $250 for lock and $30 for visit. I did not take their services.I was able to get my lock replaced in guarantee instead. It was a 10 min job, cost me nothing.The only thing I still paid for was $30 for their visit to quote me atrocious pricing. This is just another way of making $30 everytime. Don't call them !!

Definitely bate and switch. Ridiculous price. Told me one thing @5:30 but a different price as soon as he arrived at 9 pm. At that time I didn’t have much of a choice. CROOKS

Polite young man he did not complete the job, LEFT THE STRIKE PLATE OFF. Still charged $450.00 to put deadbolt on. We provided the deadbolt.
