Myself and my wife visited the USA in October travelling from our home in the UK. In total we had 4 flights with United:London Heathrow to ChicagoChicago to Las VegasPhoenix to New YorkNew York to London Heathrow.All 4 flights were easy to book and check in was simple. The airline staff before and during the flight were always helpful and attentive. All the journies were comfortable and the seats all had great leg room and storage space & the food on the longer fights was really good.Overall really pleasant flights in comfort to help us relax and enjoy our holiday.

Big seat back screen, plenty of room, avoid recline a d a clever pillow that attaches to the seat headrest, really comfortable. Remember!!!

United isn't perfect but then again, what airline isn't? I was a faithful flyer based on my travel in a few destinations. Flew ~2-4 one ways each week for a few years. Always booked directly through the website. When you hit status, its great! Unlike some other airlines, they'll never leave a first class seat empty. They'll fill it with those that not only have the most segments, but highest revenue profile (from what I saw).It asks a few more questions than others (Southwest) but once you get into the groove of using it, you barely notice the extra clicks. Not a huge deal.

Even though United isn't flawless, what airline is? Considering that I've visited a few places, I was a consistent traveler. flew 2-4 one-way flights per week for a while. Always made direct online reservations. When you reach status, that's awesome! They never leave a first class seat vacant, in contrast to certain other airlines. They'll fill it with people who have the highest revenue profiles in addition to having the most segments.It (Southwest) has a few extra questions, but once you get used to using it, you hardly notice the extra clicks. Not a major issue.
