We had Boadway in to repair a problem with our drilled well on Feb. 5, 2021. They performed their service work on what they stated would fix the problem with our well pump & components, gave me my bill which I paid immediately, and they headed out.Feb. 10th my wife went down to our basement, and immediately came back upstairs telling me there was a burning / overheating smell coming from where our well pressure tank was located. I went and shut the main well pump power switch off right away. Upon examination, I found the brand new metal well control box the Boadway had just installed 5days prior was very hot to touch. I let the unit cool down and replaced the main capacitor/relay well control box cover with our old one (which I had asked to have left with me as a spare during the previous service call). I got the well pump to run again so we had running water, but at night I; for complete safety sake, shut off the main well pump power switch so we wouldn't have an overheating problem (or possible fire) while my family was sleeping. I also called Boadway at 5:15pm that same day, & had to leave a voice message (as it was after closing time) about our overheating issue, and asked them to call me back ASAP the following morning.Feb. 11th by 10am I still hadn't heard from Boadway, so I called Wilson Water Wells. The said they could get there 1st thing Friday morning as they were fully booked on the 11th. I said that was no problem, as I has the pump seeming to run temporarily at least.Feb. 12th Wilson Water Wells showed up, and I described the issues we were having over the last several days. The well pump had given up altogether that morning, and when they would flick the main well pump power switch on & off, the lights would dim some... a sign of an electrical problem (a short or grounding possibly). The service technicians immediately used a volt/ohm meter to test the well pump electrical wiring and well pump windings (FYI - this testing was NOT done by Boadway's technician's at all). Wilson's Tech's immediately stated that the problem was with the starter winding, OR possibly the starter winding wiring going down into the well to the pump. They immediately performed their service work on the well electrical wiring, the pump, and the piping.Long story short... the Wilson Technician's not only acted completely professionally, honorably, and flawlessly, they won my full respect! They are an example of what a service contractor should operate like! My hat is off to you Peter Wilson... sir, you run a tight ship and your people exemplify what true customer service is all about!!! I will not be using Boadway Well Drilling ever again.. or recommending them to anyone I know!

My well pump system stopped working on Friday and I tried to fix it myself but failed. I found Boadway company on the internet and I contacted them on weekends but they don't work on weekends.I called them on Monday morning and the technician Jason appeared at my house within two hours. In order to find out the problem, he went into the well (it is an old shallow well) three times, and finally helped me find the cause.Jason gaveme a repair quotation, but he also told me that I can choose to repair it by myself, and he can tell me how to repair it and what parts to buy. I chose to do the repairs myself and I paid him 2-hours labor fee. Jason is a very nice guy, patient, conscientious, responsible, friendly, and willing to solve problems in the best way for the client. Therefore, I must give this company and Jason a five-star rating.The only downside, the corporate phone was a little hard to get through, I had to call 7-8 times on a Monday morning to finally get through to a lady, the rest of the time it was voicemail and no one called me back. Anyway, I'm still very happy. 100% recommended.

Boadway's have serviced & done repairs on my well & water system for 20 years. They have done work that plumbers don't understand. They are extremely knowledgeable, very reliable & a very honest trustworthy company .A Happy WomanIs A WomanWith Water
