The best one I have experienced so far for permanent hair smoothening. She was very dedicated and focused and the results were amazing and excellent. Would definitely recommend it for everyone.

If I could give 0 star I would. Went for my permanent hair straightening on may long weekend, when I got there she said due to damage hair permanent straightening isn’t a good option - understandable, then she said ok let’s do keratin since I had perm done before I clarified 10 times if it’s good to get keratin and if it’ll break my perm and soften and straight hair as expected with keratin treatment, she called the supplier and confirmed and went ahead with keratin. I wasted my 5.5 hours and so much money on this. After wash she did a blow dry and said see your hair is straight and smooth which it was since she did with blow dry of course it’ll be. Before leaving she said make sure you use sulphate free shampoo which I did use, I bought 100 % sulphate free L’Oréal shampoo. After washing for first time my hair became so rough and wavy I would see slight perm came back, I understood that maybe it’s L’Oréal shampoo, went to sallys who sell professional products, after even that my hair isn’t as expected. This lady blames that I used wrong products, no my dear Phuong it’s your over confidence that said keratin works in perm hair. Phuong is a hair guru! I have never in my life been so happy with an out come.Back story - I have thin, bleached, broken and frizzy hair. It was to the point I couldn't do anything but put it up. With the humidity coming I was at a lost.Today - Phuong did a smoothing treatment on my hair and the results are unbelievable!!Its straight, smooth, and the frizz is gone!She saved my hair and if I could give her a million stars, I would, without hesitation!!!

My hair was very long and broken. I had quite a few inches that needed cutting off and Phuong cut my hair wonderfully because she realized that I needed more movement in my fine hair.The layers that she put in give my hair, a lot of movement, it frames, my face, and I just love it!
