Boston Pizza
We made reservations here for a big family dinner of nearly 20 people, the restaurant did an outstanding job accommodating us. They helped us to serve a great birthday cake, delicious meals, and the servers were super friendly all around. They even let us come in a little early to decorate our table.Really appreciate their stuff for all their help as we celebrated our special day!

Absolutely fantastic. Anytime I go, my service is amazing (Gabrielle, Alexis, Travis), all the servers are friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. The food comes out hot and quickly. The restaurant is clean and well organized. It's definitely a great Boston Pizza experience.

Took the family out for mother's day and had a great time. Pizza, wings and salads were very good. Staff was friendly and atmosphere very nice. Always a good time at BP

Boston Pizza is always dependable. We were a group of four plus a toddler. The staff was super helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our food, the atmosphere, and the live music.

Our server was good, but the host Charlotte was very rude and when we asked to sit outside she gave us attitude telling us there was no room on the patio. There were 3 free tables at the time. The host also kept staring at us weirdly. We asked our server and he was kind to re seat us at the patio. When our food came it was all at different times and the manager came out and brought one of our meals he brought it to everyone outside except us. When my meal came it was full of oil, it was disgusting. I was told the jambalaya fettuccine is supposed to look like that. Will not be coming back here.

Had a great time at this location !! Shoutout to our amazing waitress Tianna, did a fabulous job and made us feel welcomed! Cant wait for the next visit! I suggest to try the amazing cheesecake with caramel sauce if you love caramel!

Experience at Boston Pizza in Owen Sound was good. Our server was friendly, food was hot. Portion sizes are good and much better than at the Port Elgin location. It was a good family experience.

This is the second time we have had a bad experience at this location. The first was on a dead weekday lunch there were literally like 5 tables a 2 ppl at the bar. Myself, hubby and 3 year old ordered. Kids burger, reg burger and chicken sandwich. Our food took 30 minutes to arrive, and our daughters burger bun was BURNT and so crispy she couldn't bite it. The server apologized and offered a remake, but we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. We took the patty out and she ate that with her fries. They took it off our bill thankfully.Today my hubby, son and daughter went for lunch. Ordered a pasta, a sandwich and kids chicken nuggets. After 45 minutes they still had no food. My 3 yr old was getting so upset as she was hungry. They ended up leaving. I have always had restaurants make sure little kids get served quickly. Why a child chicken nuggets and fries couldn't be cooked in 45 minutes is beyond me. I don't think we will return to this location again.
