Quik Oil Change

This place is a total scam. They REFUSED to honour a Groupon I purchased saying I could only purchase one (this was my 2nd one). But the Groupon terms explicitly said you could purchase up to 3 of them.And when I got my subsequent oil change (at a different location) they found the clip board from Quik Oil left on top of my engine!!!This place is terrible and dangerous. Don’t do business with them.

Worst place were you don’t feel comfortable. Try to upsell you stuff from first minute. They even damage a part on your vehicle to sell you more service. Group on is a trap be aware.

Fast, never any lines. I go often for my oil change and typically drop off my keys as I work across the street, and they've always been accommodating. Lovely people

BUYER ALERT!!!! Never use this place even if they offer oil change for free. I wish I could give them a zero star.I visited them a couple of weeks ago (Feb, 2023) with a Groupon for oil change and tire rotation service. I had been there in the past a few times and have noticed the staff to be arrogant even answering simple questions like which oil brand/type they use, what services are they performing on my car, they just pose as if they are doing it for free. One thing I have noticed each time is that when I asked them to rotate the tires (as they commit on the Groupon), they come with a very weird excuse of not doing it.1. I have had not rotated the tires for a while, this time I was expecting them to complete the service they promise on the Groupon, and again the same excuse that the tire treads were not allowing them to swap the tire. I told them its mentioned as a service on your Groupon and one main reason I bought it, the response was go talk to Groupon". After insisting a few times

SCAM ALERT!!!!!They might treat you well, accept and honour your Groupon voucher the first time. So you use their service again. But they’ll rip you off the next time you are there. They will tell you the deal was only for the first time users. They will charge you 4x more and reject your groupon voucher.Here is my experience with this SCAM place. It was a Saturday when I was there for second time. I was charged 59.99+ tax. But that didn’t hurt as much. What hurt me the most was that they didn’t tighten my engine oil filter properly. Sunday morning when I woke up, my driveway was full of engine oil (refer to the picture). I couldn’t reach them (quick oil change) since they were off (Sundays they’re closed) I had to find a home based garage and got my car towed there to get it fixed. I called Quick oil change on Monday of the next week. They denied and hung up on me. After 100 calls I made, they agreed to do my next oil change for free. When it was the time for another oil change they totally denied a free oil change.BE ALERT. IT’S SCAM.Honestly, they don’t even deserve a 1 star but unfortunately there is no 0 star option to give them.

The two gentleman I dealt with were great! No typically up selling of any kind. Got the job done in a quick and professional manner. Will definitely come back

Bought a Groupon ‘deal’ and went to get oil change done and they said the filter for my Hyundai car had an up-charge and also charged me an extra $13 for ‘full service’ when in the Groupon deal I didn’t have to pay anything but taxes came to $25.13 plus the Groupon deal, How is that a deal? Please do yourself a favour and don’t go here! Crooks!

Scam for Groupon - they will tell u that you can only use ONE Groupon /life of a car. If you have used Groupon even once for one car, u can’t use it again. Had to pay 3 times more than what I should have. Very deceiving business practice. BE very ALERT.Unable to put zero starsTried to upcharge also.

Went in and was out very quik, they checked the car thoroughly,air filter and oil was changed. I have brought my cars over the years here, they don’t over sell the cost or even sell you anything you don’t need. Very respectful and courteous. Thanks Dan and abou for a great experience!
