This place is AMAZING! All the girls are so kind, and amazing at what they do, you will not be disappointed! Ashley has been doing my hair, she is so great and really went above and beyond to make sure I was totally happy... I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Got a crooked haircut fixed up by the stylist Kennedy. She did an amazing job and I could tell I was in good hands. My hair looks great again and is cut very well. I would recommend her and be back.

Went in wanting a Balayage and a Trim, walked out super happy and over the moon impressed. The ladies here are so talented and sweet. Highly reccomend!

I would not recommend this place at all. Over past 10 years I tried 2 different stylists & both didn't understand natural curl & damaged my hair extensively.

Kara is excellent, have always had awesome experiences here. My hair colour had to be corrected over time, due to last colourists under processing. (Hair was really coppery.). Now it’s beautiful and she’s helped me grow it longer than I’ve had in years. Love this place.

I’ve been going to urban rootz for awhile now. I’ve seen a few different stylists and each one has been wonderful! Each stylist listen and ask questions to make sure they understand what I’d like done with my hair.

Today I had my hair styled by Kennedy! My experience with her was spectacular. She was thorough in ensuring she made my dream look come true and walked me through the process. Furthermore she gave me a price expectation before starting as well as an idea of the maintenance for the style. This is one of the first times I’ve walked out of a salon feeling like they did exactly what I wanted! Amazing person, extraordinary stylist!

Got a balayage colour done with Maria. She was an absolute gem who was a pleasure to chat with and also did an amazing job.I love my new summer balayage look. I will definitely be booking in again. :)

Absolutely fantastic haircut by Reena~ She was so quick and did an amazing job. Definitely the best place in Olds and the only place I trust to cut my hair from now on
