0/5Bought recliner sofa sets,All sofa’s recliner not working after 2 months, was in warranty so made complaint to fix it.But no one did it , than visited store and made complaint again, A lady name is Rose took complete and told us to do it on next Sunday but there are lots of Sunday’s goes , no one came for fix it. My sofa’s warranty is finished now.Hope they listen us.Worst service ever.

Please read my review before going ahead.These guys are frauds, They sell you furniture stating that it has 1 year waraanty and when something happens (Def something will happen) to your furniture. they tell you it was a wear and tear and that is not covered in warranty and when you ask what covers in warranty they have no answer. so unless you dont reallu care after buying the furniture then go ahead otherwise don't. because they won't call you back once you file a complain. They will just try to kill the time so that your one year warranty can expire. Just don't go to them. There are way too many better options out there.

Yasmin was absolutely amazing. He was full of knowledge and helped us with all of our needs. When I come back to buy more furniture he will be the one I return to. If I could give him 10 stars I would! So happy with my new purchase. He made the whole experience very easy and stress free.

Due to an arsonist burning our home down I have to replace everything. Popped in the shop. They have tons of stuff. Reasonably priced,very comfortable and well made. I ordered the black. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. Will definitely pop in again.

I saw so many bad reviews, still thought to buy with this store. But it was my Mistake.Always trust google reviews. There were so many bad reviews about delivery. No customer service. No value for money. Please choose other stores.

I bought my sofa set from them. Great customer service. Delivery was on time.

Very poor customer service from everyone at the store, except from rajvinder because of whose service I opted to purchase from this store.After she took my full payment, other people would handle my calls. They could not give an ETA for delivery of the product I purchased and a guy even put me on hold for 20 minutes. Had to hang up and call back and someone else would say he is with a customer and so he put me on hold over the phone for that.They say delivery would be 2 pm to 9 pm when I called them at 5 p.m and now even after 9PM nobody has called for delivery as they said driver would call 30 minutes before.Really wasted my Saturday awaiting delivery from such a cheap company.Would never recommend this shop.All their products are available at other stores. Please go elsewhere.
