Chose Grace due to positive reviews, but we’re disappointed. No breakfast, shared bathroom with three other families and poorly maintained facilities. Poor sound barriers meant scraping noises from above.

Grace Guest House, Enoch, Sarah, Sean & their beautiful mother (whose singing career is shown in 2 photos in tne lower living room) are a lovely family.I highly recommend this venue if you need a bit of peace for a time.Best wishes....

This is a very deceiving B&B. The beautiful accommodations showing on the ad are used by the Chinese owners themselves. In fact, you will be living in the basement with a shared bathroom. Three rooms are sharing with one bathroom and the basement has a smell of mold. We paid the rental, did not live there and took the loss that was insisted by the owner. We will never recommend anyone live in this basement rooms while the owner showing upstairs beautiful living and dining rooms.

Loved staying here. Definitely for he price would recommend to anyone needing a quiet place to stay for a few nights or even more. Definitely worth every penny

Sure, take your shoes off at the door, no big deal. Nice place in a nice neighborhood. Was fast and convenient to book for the night. Nice rooms and decor for the most part. And was quiet. Having to share a bathroom is maybe the only negative, but not really that bad.

This is a private residence, not disclosed in add. Make you take shoes off. If you have 4 men they expect you to share beds.
