WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tries to run UPS with his own ways. Need to get trained again. Would never come back to this store for my ups pick ups.

I went to this location ti pickup my parcel and I had Very bad experience. The old man doesn’t even know how to deal with the customers. He was so rude.

The guy (cashier) does not know how to talk to customers. He is super RUDE. If you ask him a question, he will argue with you instead of giving straight answer. WORST customer service ever. This guy should not be in customer service business. NEVER use this store as UPS access point. 0/5 stars

Had to pick up a package from this location. The older women at the counter was friendly and I was late a day picking up the package but they were understanding. The only downside is their hours are kind of weird.

The old guy with spectacles doesn't know how to delal with customers.It is your fault if you don't have employees and you enjoy 1 hour break.He asked my friend that why I gave negative comments in a rude way and then he didn't gave her parcel. Such a rude guy. Never gonna visit here.

The owner of this business is not customer-centric at all. Bought an IPTV box and paid for it upfront but did not bother to get the plan for 6 months. Instead, I started paying month after month which was going fine until I found someone who was really cheap, much cheaper than this at least. I decided to go with him for my new subscription and he kept on telling me that my old provider has not taken my number off the list. So I was told but this business owner that the number is off the list and I can get it registered through the new provider but the new provider could not see that number for me on the list to get the plan.So when the new provider got my box updated through a different plan and service, my plan started working just before it went dead or bricked in 2 days. I asked my new subscriber and he said it's a hardware issue which looks like one and I went back to the owner of this shop and he said he cannot do anything. All he was saying and kept repeating was that You went to a different subscriber and it's not me it's his fault that he said this was a hardware fault".This shop is not at all customer service focused and I will never ever go there again. I was bluntly said he cannot do anything even though I had used this box only for three months and the warranty is for 12 or 24 months. On top of everything

The lady said my package was not there without even checking. Now UPS is telling me that package has been sent back because no one picked it up.

I honestly don’t like this shop, 3 times I came to pick up my item and they were closed while the time in google shows that they should be open, I blame UPS for dealing with such shop while they have a branch at mcphillips Street.

Could have been better.Black lentils turned out be green lentils painted black.Even for the UPS deliveries, they ask too many questions about the contents of the package. Instead of looking for the package they try guessing it if they have received it or not, or will tell you that driver hasn't delivered yet even if ups website says that package has been signed and received by pick up point employee.
