It is sad but I agree with other reviewers (those who really were the costumers and not thoes suspected reviews that are recently added by people working in this place or related to this place!) . I do not care if it was waste of money and time but this speech therapy center killed our hope and emotionally dameged my family. So disappointing :(.

Worst experience ever, ...I initially talked to the owner and made it clear of want i wanted and its overall cost but once the assessments were done i had a surprise charge i was asked to pay which he never disclosed. I am very disappointed with the lack of integrity and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend their service to anyone. The assessment was very rushed as well.

We have been going here for a couple years now for my one daughter. We started when we lived in London and they were very helpful and patient with my daughter and her speech issues. They gave myself information and things to do at home to help her between sessions. We moved to the middle East and used since therapists here will little success. We started doing video sessions again with the London office and my daughter started improving again. I'm very happy to use them and enjoy the sessions my daughter has. Would recommend to friends and family.

I know the owner of this clinic, both personally and professionally. He and his staff provide exceptional care to their clients in all domains of speech and language. The notes provided to other health professionals (such as physicians) and educators, are accurate, succinct and relevant. I am truly shocked by the reviews that have been posted, and am certain there is more behind these stories then what the posters reveal. You cannot (unfortunately) true everything that you read on the internet.I would highly recommend this clinic. I will continue to refer friends, family and patients to his clinic both in St. Thomas and in London.

I’ve had a few different speech therapists from here over the years and I’ve never had a bad experience, they’re awesome! They always find a way to make it fun, especially Jessica, my current speech therapist, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a speech therapist :)

I was treated very professionally and found the assessment fee to be on point with other professional assessments as the require a lot of paperwork and detail. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a family based approach and caring professionals.
