Aqua Dive and Watersports

I love snorkeling but as I got older I had to put on glasses.... which meant contact lenses when I go snorkeling. I'm one of those folks that have great discomfort with contacts. I bought a new mask and also upgraded the lenses to prescription and they even helped me install it. I just got in the water and it was amazing. Thanks for helping me with the mask.

Clean store & friendly staff. My 13 year old is in a scuba camp for the week and is having a great time learning scuba skills. Their pool is warm, which is a plus. Can’t wait to get him into real water soon!

I chose this shop for an open water course for vacations, but now I’m quickly getting addicted. Kudos to the professional and encouraging instructors - Tony, Candi, Melinda, Danielle. The weekend event I attended was a ton of fun with exceptional coaching. Keri has been great with lots of advice. Great prices on equipment and a family feel.

Me and my wife are very pleased with the snorkelling masks recently purchased. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The products are high quality and not only we received a valuable discount but the owner personally dropped off the products to our doorsteps. I just took the open water diving class, and I am very impressed. Our instructor Dan was awesome! Super knowledgeable, patient with everyone and made the class a blast to be in! I would highly recommend Aqua dive for anyone looking to take their diving certification, and Dan as an instructor for the course. I’ll definitely be back next spring to complete my open water dives.

Pretty good experience getting my scuba certification here. I do think the course could be shorter as a lot of time was wasted. I'm not sure I enjoyed it that much as I had read the book and then we had to watch these long videos that were basically reading the book out loud while sitting uncomfortably. The course was so long... Friday 6-10, Saturday 9-5, Sunday 9-5. I wish we could have moved along faster or condensed it somehow so that the whole weekend was not taken up.I wish someone had mentioned these things:The pool is cold so if you get cold easily, you will want the thickest wet suit you can find. I borrowed 3 wetsuits layered on top of each other from the shop to barely stay warm. They do have equipment you can borrow but a lot of it is old and in poor condition. You might find it unsanitary to borrow used wetsuits. They aren't washed in-between people. Also, bring flip flops for the shower and pool deck. If you have long hair, wear a bun so your hair doesn't get caught in Velcro and whatnot. The pool is crowded with the whole class in there. Bring your own towel and food as well.I do feel confident after completing the course. Excited to try real scuba, not in a pool!

After dong a discover SCUBA course with Aqua Dive, we decided to get our open water certification for a Christmas gift for the kids (12 & 15) and I. We had so much fun!!! The classroom work was interesting and informative, and the water time was fantastic. Our instructor Jassen was awesome! Looking forward to building on our knowledge and skills…

My son had 5/5 experience getting his PADI certified with Aqua Dive. The instructors instilled confidence and created an enjoyable learning process. In particular, Master Scuba Diver trainer Scott was one of the best. He took the time to ensure everyone felt comfortable and understood the complexity of scuba diving. He ensured every gear was double-checked before diving, and patiently answered every question. Thank you to this wonderful team at Aqua Dive and Water sports!

Did a Padi refresher course here and the instructor was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The equipment they give you for the course is a bit on the rough side so bring your own if you have it.

Aqua Dive and Watersports is a superior facility to get the gear you need for Scuba/Snorkel/Swimming. With amazing staff and facilities to train and learn at the shop it is undoubtedly the best place to learn to dive or further your skills as a diver! Keri and Darrin are fabulous and always willing to help and give you the best deal, they value friendship and quality over making a quick sale. I love taking courses and getting gear there because it is enjoyable and fun! 5/5
