I was there for McHappy days. Actually went twice to the Collingwood store then the Wasaga Beach store. They both did a great job fundraising. The food never comes out as it looks in the pictures but that is normal.

I sure do enjoy a nice fresh Big Mac combo after working hard all day :) This day I decided to switch it up with a Quarter pounder combo... Was the best Quarter pounder I've ever had...Wasaga Beach McDonald's never ceases to surprise me! D E L I C I O U S- ☆☆☆☆☆

Yesterday my first order had a few missing items. We were missing 2 happy meals. 1 was a hamburger happy meal no pickles with fries and apple juice and 1 cheeseburger happy meal no pickles with fries and apple juice. 3 BBQ sauce were also missing and 2 sweet and sour sauce was also missing. No straws were packed either. I then had to reorder using Uber eats again to reorder my children’s happy meals as they were upset their meals never came. Upon the second delivery, still NO straws and no one at McDonald’s even noticed that there were all the missing items from the first delivery. I tried to contact McDonald’s to speak to the manager on the floor but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. They never answer the phone as I’ve tried to contact them a few times prior to yesterday. This shouldn’t happen. On the Uber eats NO contact sticker on the delivery bag it was not properly filled out and it was left blank. It clearly has a section to be checked off once it was properly inspected which it clearly was not hence all the missing items and 2 separate deliveries for a family of four to finally eat their meals together. Parents ate cold food of course. Please get your things together if you are going to be providing delivery.

Stopped in the drive thru and it was packed but they did a great job moving everyone through. I got my order quickly. Service was great, food was great and I wasn’t in the drive thru for no more than maybe 10 minutes. Great job today guys.

Extremely busy location in Wasaga. I think it might be the only one. Although the McDonald’s is located in a large plaza, the actual parking for this store is extremely limited - approximately 8 spots as the rest are reserved for the drive thru line. As a result, I find most people prefer the drive thru which gets extremely busy. This creates a big line throughout the plaza that can easily go back to the lights. In terms of the actual McDonald’s, I walked in to get an Iced Coffee. Service was friendly. Order was correct.

This is my regular location to go to and usually it's good. Today not so much, fries were just a little under cooked, Big Mac was low on sauce and pickles. Quarter pounder with cheese was low on toppings too.

This McDonald's had good service and very polite staff. When looking for a table to eat at, we found every table dirty. I asked for a cloth to clean a table off and you would think the staff member would come out from behind the counter and clean the table for us.......she didn't......she handed me the cloth so I could clean it myself.The food was hot and presented well for us.

This location used to be awful but fir the last 6 months at least I’ve noticed a great improvement. Thank you for including extra sauce when people ask and not forgetting napkins.
