I had a really bad customer service with ‘Miss Gill’ she is the manager and don’t know how to speak with customers. I am H&M employee and I had a return to make . Firstly she came after 5 minutes and then She denied to do my return, the item was with tag but the tag was not attached which they can easily attach but my concern here is the way she had conversations with me. I had the receipt. And her way of telling me was, “You are an employee but you still don’t know we don’t make returns here! (in a rude way) if the tag is not attached, you can go to metrotown to make return , if they do it. !!!“ Well, Mam, if you have done your training you should know,“We start with Sorry, unfortunately the tag is not attached so we cannot proceed with return, and thanks for your patience.Use this sentence, it will help you in future, Miss Gill !!! Do your training or have some English speakers classes miss.

Its a nice store lot of new items, cashiers counter on both level. Level 1 is for kids & gents clothes. Level 2 have ladies clothes. Fitting room is level 2. There are at least 5-6 fitting room, so no long queue. There may be queue on the counter, try to look at the counter on other level, that might be empty.Sometimes items are not invoiced as ticketed, so double check the price on the counter while doing the billing.

I went in today to find a pair of pants. It shows it was available in Guildford so I went there. I asked 3 employees where it was and all three pointed to three different directions. It was a waste of my time and my energy. This H&M needs better training and organization skills

I really enjoy this store! A wide selection of options for men, women and children alongside a plethora of discounts (and customer cognizant prices at regular prices as well) lead this to be my primary chain for fashion when new clothes are needed! Guilford in particular is my location of preference due to the size and helpful staff, so I would advise anyone in the Metro Vancouver area to give a stop by here!

This place sucks! They give option of buying clothes at store, try at home, can exchange/return if size is an issue. Well, I bought a top, tried home and went back to get a smaller size. They refused and told me it was a final sale. There was no sign board. If I had known this or someone informed at the time of billing, I would have known and will not risk of buying.Manager was stubborn and rude female who just didn't get what I was saying. Just a trick to sell away things and later just make excuses. I have a top now which doesn't fit and money was wasted. Unprofessional and unethical behavior!!

It has very beautiful clothes, but the prices of children's clothes are very expensive.

Worst experience today employees were very rude, extremely dissatisfied. I’m not sure how seriously they take these comments but disappointed with the service. I would say It was my go to store once but not any more.

Rude customer service. Two staffs were speaking in their own language about customers right in front of them at the register. Little did they know I can understand what they were saying and was so disgusted.

Nope. It's completely disorganized and an utter mess most of the time I've been there. I also take huge issue of H&M boycotting Xinjiang cotton but hasn't yet pulled out of Israel for their ethnic cleansing of Palestinians. The girls' clothes in the teenage section are all crop tops and nothing passable if you want to dress your girl neatly and gracefully which is disappointing because higher end retail has way better options to dress your girl with a bit more class. There's nothing wrong with crop tops, but literally, that's all there is there. My girl just doesn't want to show her belly every time she reaches for something. They really need more staff to be available to help and make better quality tops, and again, it's all see-through. Walk downstairs to RW&co and get better quality clothes, classy and worth the price tag.
