Weird experience. First off, this is not my type of clothing. I’d never wear it. But I wanted to see it. Experience it. See what it was all about.It wasn’t good. I strolled over to a tractor. It was neat. Then just kept walking and a staff member tells across the store can I help you. Didn’t think much, she yells again from across the store so I look. She was yelling at me, I just said no I was just strolling and checking it out. The she yells “That’s women’s shirts and jeans over there.” Then I thought, what if I was shopping for my wife!?Then the staff member won’t leave me alone. Walking beside me. Asking me what I as looking for again, and again I said just strolling through and looking. It doesn’t end. Then she eventually leaves and she just stares.The experience was terrible. I’m not a redneck, so I am sure I didn’t fit in.

Decent boot selection. Not a lot of round toe. It’s almost all square toes in this branch. Customer service is alright, nothing special. The smell of leather is good!

I bought my first pair of cowboy boots on June 5 2020. I am so dissapointed that I cant get any money back for my boots now. I have stretched them, put mink oil on them etc and nothing has help them break in and fit my feet. Little did I know I had bought a size too small but when I explained how my feet feel in the boot the sales worker had said they are suppose to feel like that and will eventually break in. But guess what they havent. My heels hurt and were covered in bandaids the next day so I wore other shoes when we came back to the store the next day and the same sales worker I had the previous day got mad at me for not wearing them. Never will be buying anything from this store again, the sales workers dont know what they are doing.

Horrible customer service today. On fathers day. Went in to buy my dad a present. Girls there are so rude and not friendly whatsoever. I used to love going there now the girls are horrible!! Maybe because I’m native they couldn’t even smile. They just looked at me mean.

I want to thank both girls who helped me this evening. I was short some change on purchasing a hat and they helped me out. I appreciate it very much and if there is anything I can do in return please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you very much

Prefer it to cow town but both places are good. Staff go above and beyond

Never have I ever been followed around more then my shopping experiences here. If there was any other western store in Saskatoon I would not shop here anymore. I understand you wanna help the costumer but every single time I have shopped here I have said just looking or come with friends and we have said the same thing. Maybe have a button for a customer to push for help or something cause this isn’t working and you are loosing lots of sales because of the pushiness and hovering of the sales staff makes the customer feel like you are watching if they are going to steal something. A store like this should be treat as a clothing store where if the customer says just looking and they dont need help you wait until they come get you so they have time to look at everything you have for sale not just one thing or none because they feel uncomfortable or rushed.

***About six months later, the store gave me a new pair of boots and I only had to pay the difference (which was awesome). The new store manager is much more efficient, respectful, polite and, understanding. I will now be shopping at Lammles again. I am very happy with how this all ended up working out at the end.***Got a really nice pair of boots for going dancing. The manager failed to order the boots so instead of waiting two weeks it ended up taking another two weeks (one month).After I got the boots, I went out dancing and the studs were falling off of the boots, they were scuffed right away. I called customer service in Calgary and they were more then happy to look a them.When I took them back to the store in Saskatoon, I explained to the manger (Krystal) that I was aloud to have them sent back and have them look at. The manager decided to tell me that I should not have done that and she chewed me out and tried to argue with me. She asked if I cared about the missing studs which yes I did, I had only had them for a short period of time (about a month). The boots got sent back and took about a month to get them back after they told me a couple weeks. No one was contacting me or anything, so I kept contacting them.Customer service is amazing and the other staff at the store are really nice to deal with. The manager on the other hand, not so much. I will never be making purchases at this store again. Really, really disappointed with this store. I will be going to Cow Town for now on. I have herd from other people not to go to that store.

This store has a huge selection of clothing and I love it. I'm definitely going back. They were busy but they made the time to help with any questions I had.

Great experience shopping here. the staff are very knowledgable on the products and truly want to help you find exactly what your looking for without pushing unnecessary purchases on you. if you are looking for western clothing or need help finding a new pair of boots I highly recommend shopping here!!
