He truly had my best interests in mind when dealing with seller and walked me through everything from how much utilities would cost to closing fees. At no point did he try to push for the sale to happen until he knew I was confident and happy in buying the property. Months after the purchase Mr.Bones would check-in making sure I was satisfied with the purchase and making sure I was settled in.
