U-Haul Trailer Hitches
Nothing. I received a confirmation email with an appointment to get the hitch installed. When I showed up, they didn't have the hitch and told me the model I chose is one they can't install because they are not mechanics (model hidden behind the bumper). They told me I should've waited for them to call me, which was not written in the communications I received. Hitch was not installed and I'm still waiting to hear back from them to get the hitch, which I'll have to install myself.
