Delivery was on time and had no issues except Midlands package tracking site is not very user friendly. I am used to order confirmation emails being picked up automatically out of my email inbox by my tracking App (currently using Shop) this was not an option with Midlands and the company's tracking site is not optimized for mobile devices and hard to use.All that said the company did its primary and most important function of delivering the package on time and with no issues.

Unprofessional on the phone...delivery of a large parcel put on the wrong truck. Don't listen to the issues to deal with them..no matter how calm you are on the phone...wasn't my delivery choice. Disgusted with the service or lack there of..

Between Midland and FedEx. There is ZERO communication for personal packages being delivered in Newfoundland. Package sat a terminal for 10 days. No one from FedEx or Midland bothered to call the customer. I had to call myself and I spoke with 5 different people at FedEx and Midland. Had to give them the same information that was provided when I gave the package originally to FedEx. I would recommend using another delivery service if you plan to send any packages to Newfoundland.
