I have to complete CPR C + AED every year and this was by far the best training I’ve been a part of. Mike is an EXCELLENT instructor. He brings his real life experience and passion to this course. He made the experience feel as if the emergency was happening in real time and prepared us for various potential crisis situations. The course was also fun and went by quickly which is not easy to do with this type of training! Highly recommend this company & will be looking to book my next recertification with Mike if he’s available.

Was great! Mike is excellent. Knowledgeable, engaging, funny, and understanding. I’ve been training for 10yrs, and this was hands down one of the best times I had. Would definitely want Mike as my instructor again.

Mike is best trainer in first aid and CPR i find him very entertaining he has lot of experience in his carrier. He gives 100% to make things understand. Definitely i going again to him for my reset course.

Update: The main office that assisted me in my course scheduling were very accommodating. They understood my situation and let the instructor know about my attendance.On the day of April 2nd 2023, I went to the Mississauga location and got treated poorly because of miscommunication between the main office and the instructor.I felt that the instructor was rude and ignorant about my situation. He only cared about starting his class rather than solving my problem.I completed emergency first aid two weeks ago in the Oakville First Aid location and founded out a few days after that I needed to complete Standard First Aid for my job application.I emailed First Aid 4U to be booked for an extra day to complete Standard in the Oakville location (as I learned from my first class that Emergency and Standard differed by an extra day of class). However, I was emailed to attend the Mississauga location yesterday (day before my class took place) because I was told that 1 on 1 courses cannot take place.Today I entered the building where I was supposed to take my class 10 minutes early and once I told my instructor my name, he immediately said that my name was not on his file and he couldn't teach me. I showed him my receipt, however he insisted that I was supposed to attend the class on April 1st, when I was told to attend the class on April 2nd to complete my Standard Training. My father wanted to talk to him on the phone, but the instructor told him that he had a class to teach and only briefly explained the situation before hanging up on him. I understand if there was any miscommunication, but this situation could have been handled a lot better. I felt like a disturbance to him due to my concerns and felt as if I was getting kicked out. I'm only writing this because I felt uncomfortable expressing my feelings at that moment as I didn't want to disturb the class.

Mike is the best first aid instructor that I have ever had. He is truly passionate about teaching students the knowledge to help others and providing real-life scenarios. Overall I would not hesitate to take another first aid course with Mike as my instructor.

I am a professional who must have an up to date first aid certificate. This is the first time I used this organization and found the training to be easy to follow and practical. The content covered more areas than I have been trained in before. (Naloxone and Childbirth support). Our trainer was also a very genuine person and never let anyone feel silly for asking a question. During our test we were also given a good amount of time and the trainer repeated the questions for us if we missed one or wanted to review the question. Thank you!
