Kelly Ford and its employees in their Gander dealership are amazing people to deal with, from their financing, sales to the service department! I’ve been buying F-150 trucks there since 2009 and the experience with the Kelly Ford staff has been wonderful. I can also say with confidence, that The F150 pickup is an amazing vehicle to own and drive! Thanks Kelly Ford!!!!

My experience dealing with Kelley Ford, my sales representative Mark, financing representative Karlee, and all other Kelly Ford employees was great. I was taken care of from the minute I walked through the door. All questions and concerns that I had were taken care of quickly and with extensive knowledge. I absolutely love my new Mustang GT and I would definitely recommend Kelley Ford to anyone looking to get behind to wheel of a new Ford vehicle.

They made me sign a tablet on how I refused their recommended service. This is Kelly Fords recommendation not Fords for the vehicle. The recommended service was at 30k and $900 dollars worth. They also charged me shop fees of 33 dollars, I was told this was to wash the mechanics hands. I will not be returning to this service center.

In November of 2021 I ordered two brand new broncos! I loved the experience and Dave Tucker was awesome!In July of 2022 I ordered the new Ford lightning. Dave Tucker assured me that the order was complete. I checked a few times on the status of the order and was told that I'm in line. 6 months later, I brought my Bronco in for service (one of the six things on the Bronco was corrected, still waiting for service to get back to me about the others ) I checked on the order I was told there was never an order placed. After going back and fourth with the dealer and Ford itself (who simply said, it was a mistake from the dealer. There's nothing we can do), I agreed to buy the lightning they had in stock for $10,000 more than one I had ordered. Kelly Ford is not interested in long-term loyalty. Instead, they're interested in making the most they can off of the vehicles they have. I understand it's a tough market, but unless Kelly Ford does something to attempt to remedy the situation, I will take my business elsewhere.

This is specifically in regards to the service department. They were fantastic to work with. I LOVED the fact that i didn't feel like I had a wasted moment. I arrived on time for my scheduled service, I was dealt with promptly and the process to get the rental car was effortless. When returning the rental I just came back to the dealership and left the rental there. Overall a great experience.

This was my first time having Kelly Ford to work on my vehicle; it will definitely not be the last time! I was highly impressed with the service provided by everyone in the shop! Everyone I had the opportunity to interact with was very courteous and professional! Specially, Wilson Vasquez, the Service Advisor I had the pleasure to work with; he was very helpful throughout my visit! He definitively represents Kelly Ford extremely well! Service Advisors like him aren't found in many dealerships around this county! Kelly Ford has earned my respect and most of all, my trust! If you own a Ford, I highly recommend you give them an opportunity!
