Although the food is good, the attention of some employees like the black hair named Jessica, leaves much to be desired. She is rude to customers, she does things reluctantly. And it's not a matter of 1 day, I've been there several times and it's the same. Even recently, another staff member showed me her middle finger, after I asked for the customer service line

Ordered 20 mins before with a 15 minute ETA Showed up 30 minutes later and no order was ready. A good cheap option, but I would also look at other places the area.

Food used to be good but service getting worst every time. Last time we came , the burrito fall apart before we started eating it and the lady proposed us to eat it as it is because (quoting her word) “this is how burrito suppose to be” . Unfortunately after many years of being loyal client we decided to never come back there. Not the same experience anymore.

The food is amazing here! HOWEVER!- the food is outstanding for a fast-food Mexican place, but the staff need more training.I had to wait for them to finish all the uber orders before I was served. There was a chance of me leaving, why take that chance? Uber can wait. In the end, my burrito was not pressed properly, had to repress it at home...Secondly, the majority of meats and veggies were empty. They need to realize that between 12pm and 130pm its the rush, as well as 5pm to 630pm.Managers, please communicate to your teamJe me souviens

Ordered a few years ago trough uber i paid a lot more to get the biggest size and it was mostly rice there was less filling of meat than a regular sized burrito there I literally got scammed and I couldn’t get my money back for it

I think it's one of the best places for Tacos in Montreal. It is also totally flexible in terms of fillings and bread type (soft or hard shell), spices, cheese etc. There are a variety of other items to try, the quesadillas are excellent and filling.

Most of the staff here is amazing especially the long dark hair girl but today I had some smaller flitty kinda girl who put two people head of me for some reason, then probably ecause the orders were all in the wrong order surprise I get home to the wrong burrito. I cant even eat it cause it's full of spicy and cilantro (the girl behind me ordered that) literally every order went smooth before that, upsetting after waiting so long (Cinco de Mayo) and I paid extra for guac someone else gotOtherwise I love their burritos usually

I'm vegan. Happy to find vegan mayo. Mayo was good, fried beans are good. One of the few places where we can get hard shell tacos. Tofu couldn't have been better.
