There is a machine to covert bills into “loonies” then you can get your loonies to be quarters in the next machine. You cannot make quarters into loonies, though, my friends. Urgently need to wash a jacket and this place was close by from my hotel so I went the mall showing the map. When I arrived there, I couldn't find it because there was no noticeable sign about this place. Thank you for google review. This landromat was kind of in a hiding spot!!! It is on the side of the building, you need to make right turn(left to exit, right side to down) to slope down to see the shop.I am learning French but not great yet, so it was hard to find the information how does this place work.I put 20$ in the exchange machine, then I got all 0.25$change so I recommend to not put 20$ lolTo use the wash machine, you do need 2× looney and 1× 0.25$. I needed to buy wash soap from vending machine. One time washing takes 37mins. To use dryer need 0.25$ bunch of them!While I was finding the way to figure out, I found instruction paper but of course it is french.In the end, I got my clothes nicely clean so I was happy.Hope this help for someone like me!

very functional and handy laundry machines

Clean laundry room. Easy to use. Be carefull with the coin machines. You will need dollars and quarters to operate the washing machines. For dryers just quarters is enough. Everything is in French but there is English description on the machines how to use them.

We put our clothes in 2 different washing machines, number 15 and 16 and we bought the detergent they sell. When the machine finished the clothes was full of spots. Stains all over. We took photos and videos, call the number the have and they say they could do nothing and it wasnt their problems. TRÈ MAL

What a great laundromat! I use them when traveling and while we are staying in the lower center of the city, the reviews on this one were well worth the drive out there. The place was sparkling clean, well organized, the change machines worked perfectly, the washer and driers worked perfectly, there was plenty of space to fold and even parking. It is a bit difficult to locate until you understand that it's in the rear basement level of a larger office/retail facility. Also, my GPS took me far out on one expressway until turning me around to head back - I suspect it was to get me on a roadway that wasn't accessible coming in the other direction. Coming back to the hotel I simply follow Ch Ste-Foy all the way back into the City - that was an interesting drive and really showed me parts of the City I would have never had reason to see.

Quite affordable compared to other places we've been, busy in the afternoon. Comfortable sitting area, free WiFi, change machine takes notes and coins, outdoor parking available. Instructions are in french but are easy to follow if you aren't fluent.Glad we came here!
