Don’t spend any cent on this bike store.It has the worst reparations and client service I have ever experienced.Spent 2 hours just waiting to receive the estimation and to pay the guy...Save your money and avoid this place.I spent 130dlls in my bike and I just tried today and is doing a weird noise.Another 120dlls on my roommate’s one which I haven’t tried yet.If you are the owner try to speak with the guy who gives customer service because he really is the worst.(if is you... try to get better).He cant even spell my name right.That is the reason why you can’t find me in your database.Louis Vazquez is differentofLuis VazquezNo. Of the first facture 19471Date 18 Fevrier. Friendly, helpful and competent people. They gave me good recommendations on what to buy.What I liked the most about this bike shop is that, not only did I get good service, but I was also talked through different options and their pros and cons so I really had a good idea of what I wanted. I even learned a few things. Would recommend.

5 star for service, 3 stars for assortment. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was served a great espresso to drink while I shopped. Not a lot of assortment but the owner did place an order for something I was looking for that was out of stock.

The store does an incredible job! I went two times to fix my bike. First time to fix my tire and the second one to fix the balance . They did a very meticulous job with great humor. I'll always come back.

This guy is true Covidian cultist! We had to wait outside because he had a single customer inside. We were three people and when it was finally our turn, only two of us could enter. We couldn't touch anything and he wanted to sell us a pretty beat-up looking bike for $340. He said we could try it out if I left him some ID. After only a few minutes, he came out to take it back saying that he had a new customer waiting. We ended up going to Canadian Tire to buy a bike. It was packed with people... I'd like to help local businesses, but they have to help themselves. This guy made the experience as unpleasant as possible with his strict adherence to nonsense rules that are killing local business and allowing big corporations to completely take over!

I stumbled on this bike shop when I moved in the area, but for many years never went because I never had the need.After a few bad experiences in other bike shops when my gears broke I came to this store!The owner and his staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They do quick work and your bike feels great afterwards! I see myself coming back here!!What I also found out is that they sharpen blades. It's the perfect thing to do before going on a date at parc Molson so you can show off your skating moves!

Went in as missing a vital component to bike seat post was needed. I knew I had to buy a new one outright though wasn't sure the proper sizing in any case he helped me find the right size which was an irregular size. Wouldn't have known that if I had bought from a major retailer and tried to figure out myself. In all cases, he helped me out with some useful suggestions alterations and adjustments. Will/would go again!

I brought my fixed gear to Intemporel and the service was great. Mundo took his bike and followed me until we could replicate the issue. They assessed the situation, took apart my rear wheel and the mechanic, Louis, figured out the issue immediately. Super helpful staff, thé repair and service was reasonably priced, cool little shop and there’s coffee available in store. I totally recommend Mundo and his shop for your bike repair needs.

I went to get my tires changed. First, the guy was very intense about covid rules and so made me wait right by the entrance of the store.I told him I needed to change both my tires. He told me he had tires but not the tubes. Then, another client comes in and he lets her in to shop for helmets. A minute later he left me mid conversation to go and tell her he was busy with. It was so weird and confusing. It had been already 10 mins and I didn't know if I was going to get my tires changed.He then found out from his colleagues that they had tubes in stock and accepted to change my tires. But then another client comes in so he leaves again mid conversation and goes to sell him coffee! (Strike number 2). So I asked for the entire price. He said he was going to produce a detailed bill and asked me to wait outside. I waited for another 10 minutes just for a bill for changing tires! When I asked why it was taking too long, he said in a very condescending and rude way that he was preparing and writing it.This guy has 0 customer service skill, acts very weirdly with customers and to add insult to injury everything is very expensive!Nevee going back there again.

Great experience. On my first visit, Mundo pumped up my tires, adjusted my handlebars, tightened my wheels, all for free, in addition to giving me pro tips on how to maintain my bike. Would go again.
