6 months ago Soil Lock came to fill voids under our driveway, the foundation of our garage, and a large patio slab. They were able to level everything again just like new, and that’s exactly how it is to this day. The owner, Jordan, was extremely communicative, professional, and friendly. Work was easy to schedule, and payment straight forward. Can’t say enough good about these guys!

Extremely impressed by the services done by Soil Lock. My house had a severe sloping issue, and didn’t want replace as it was costly for us and we didn’t have any to uproot our home and surroundings. Jordan and his team, efficiently stabilized and brought it back level to the rest of the home in less than a week and left it cleaner than it was. Our home feels better and secure. They showed up on time and we’re very responsive to any worries and concerns we had.

Today is Canada Day and in addition to giving thanks for the privileges of living where we do, today, we are also giving thanks to Jordan, Dalton and Ashton for their precision and expert execution in raising the multiple interconnected concrete slabs which surround our home. These slabs had sunk 3.5 inches resulting in negative slopes such that during heavy rains, the concrete would function as funnels directing water towards our house and causing our basement to leak.As soon as Jordan and his team arrived, we observed the crew assessing, discussing out loud, and planning their strategy. It was obvious that care and caution was a part of their work ethic. They were respectful of our property and after several hours, Jordan and his team had created positive slopes so that water now flows away from our home.We were impressed with the team’s professionalism and knowledge of what to do. Most importantly, the outcome ended, what was for us, a rather pressing problem. For anyone needing concrete raising, it is our pleasure to recommend Soil Lock Services!

Jordan just completed a project at our house. Our 20 year old driveway had large ‘sink holes’. He was very responsive from the moment I texted him to even an email that AM to tell me when he was coming. The experience was fantastic! Very polite, professional. Slab levelling is truly an art. We had some vertical cracks in our foundation that leaked in the spring. Soil Lock was able to seal the cracks and they haven’t leaked since! Very quick and efficient service and they were highly responsive to our inquiries. Very happy with the results, thanks again Soil Lock!

I would think twice before using this business. Some of their reviews appear to be from employees or people they know. They did not tell us that they were inexperienced with the issues we had with our foundation and decided to experiment without telling us. Their lack of experience is apparent when dealing with upset customers. We have incurred costs way over and above what we were expecting, due to the work that they did that now has to be not only redone, but several things need to be fixed. They mentioned that they had issues with their product the day that they were working on our house to our contractor, but failed to mention that to us. As a result, the foam is crumbling and breaking apart and we still have the same issues that we started with. They cancelled 2 meetings with us and our contractor to inspect the issues that have now come up, (a hole between the crawl space foundation and foundation walls) instead sending us an email that they no longer want to be involved in our project. They asked to meet with us without our contractor present - my guess is to try and talk us out of the issues that are there, they didn't want someone knowledgeable there. Please do your due diligence and shop around for a more experienced company for these services. They also caused damage to our house and we were told it is not their job to look up"... No communication. Now trying to bully us into accepting their only offer to not pay for a half done job (but keeping our deposit that we have requested to have refunded) saying that if we don't agree they will charge us more.If I could give negative stars I would."

Jordan and Alma from Soil Lock came down to our home in Penticton to fill some areas under our pool deck which became void of soil over the years and also were able to lift other areas that had settled. Delivered what they promised. They got my 3 ps rating, Professional

The concrete slabs in my carport were all uneven due to erosion underneath them over a period of many years and had developed several cracks. Jordan and his team came yesterday and filled all the voids and levelled the slabs so that they look terrific again. Their service was excellent and provided at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Soil Lock Services.
