Working with Danielle feels like a combination of massage and direct physical therapy as she addresses my issues holistically. Went in not really knowing what osteopathy is, but I had pain in my knees, and a friend recommended Danielle. She was able to trace the source of the problem up through my hips and back, and after a couple of sessions I’m already feeling a lot better. She was very kind and informative, and the space is lovely. Highly recommend!

I have recently began to go to Osteopathy Nanaimo and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.I found Danielle Bird to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I have numerous issues with my spine, posture, and various associated pain and Danielle worked very hard to establish empirically what precisely ails me and to gradually develop a plan that would work well for me.I look forward to working with Danielle to improve my well-being and reduce pain and I recommend her clinic to everyone.
