Lucy is extremely knowledgeable about fitness in general, but even more specifically prenatal and postpartum fitness. This is an area that is especially important as women's bodies are changing so dramatically and improper exercises and technique can sometimes cause more harm than good. She did an assessment for me after my third child was born, with personalised workout suggestions. I also attended her Bootcamp with my baby and pre-schooler. It was really fun and a great workout. I now send a lot of patients and friends her way and only hear good things back!

Lucy’s Stroller Strong program was exactly what I needed to help my physical and mental health postpartum! She was attentive to modifications, and extremely knowledgeable about postpartum exercise that would strengthen and support my body. I 110% recommend her services!

Lucy's Stroller Strong classes were a great way for me to exercise postpartum and I enjoyed getting out of the house with other moms/babies. My son was 1 year when I joined after lockdown restrictions lifted but I wish I could have started much sooner! She always gave a variety of modifications to meet the needs of everyone in the class depending on where they were in their postpartum journey, and was very knowledgeable about postpartum health. The class were a lot of fun and I highly recommend them!

A really amazing way to get back into fitness postpartum . Lucy is incredibly knowledgable and professional. She is encouraging and knows exactly how to help you strengthen your healing body safely. In a group class I felt like she took the time to modify and help each person individually. Plus my baby loved it and I felt comfortable bringing him!

Lucy's prenatal classes made a huge difference in my health during pregnancy! I felt I could no longer safely attend regular classes at my gym and was worried about doing unguided workouts, especially in my third trimester. Lucy's classes kept me on track and accountable to keep my body moving and she offered plenty of guidance on safety and modifications not only for pregnancy but also for pre-existing injuries. She has so much knowledge and her approach is extremely warm, personable and encouraging. The classes themselves were also a wonderful way to connect with other moms at the same stage of pregnancy and post partum. I highly recommend her classes to all my friends and will continue on with the Mama and Littles this year to rebuild strength after giving birth!

I attended Lucy’s classes for 7 months (stroller strong and mama & littles), and I absolutely loved them! I started at 3 months postpartum, but wish I started earlier! I loved how all of the exercises we did had modifications to make it easier or harder. This allowed me to go at my own pace. I also loved the sense of community and needed the accountability. Lucy is so friendly, and knowledgeable, and has been a huge resource for me during postpartum. Strongly recommend her classes!

I loved taking Lucy’s class after my son was born. Lucy is so knowledgeable & fun to workout with. She provides a welcoming atmosphere and is always willing to hold a baby to help you get in that last squat!

I loved attending Lucy's classes with my son. It was a great way to ease back into exercise postpartum with someone who really knew what they were doing to support proper technique. I loved class so much I continued even after my son started daycare! Lucy provides our community with such a loving and safe space to start feeling like yourself again after baby. Looking forward to more classes with her in the future!

I absolutely loved my classes with Lucy!It was a great atmosphere, I could move at my own pace and Lucy always understood what a Mom was going through and how to make adjustments so you still feel like you were participating.I would definitely join her classes in the future ❤️

Lucy is a powerhouse fitness instructor specializing in postpartum needs. She is motivating, charismatic and flexible. I took her mommy baby bootcamp starting when my son was 6 months and it was a great reason to get out of the house and meet some local moms with babies of similar age. I felt great getting back to working out in a safe and supportive environment. Highly recommend.
