Adapt Mobility

Caring and knowledgeable staff! They have been helping our family with our mobility needs for a couple years and we couldn't be happier with the service!

Hey, you guys need to tell your employees, when you see a handicap parking sign painted on a parking spot, maybe they shouldn't park there. Especially, when you don't have a handicap parking plaque on your company vehicles.

It took Dave from Adapt Mobility to show me that there are actually people out there who care and are trying to make a difference for people with disabilities.My wife is disabled and has been since 2007. We have been struggling non-stop with people giving us promises and never coming through. If you are disabled or caring for someone who is you should know what I'm talking about. I firmly believed that I was alone in all this. Dave showed me that there are still people that care. He clearly explained the program we were working with and how to get the most out of it. He also went out of his way to help, finding used, ready to be disposed of equipment that was still functional to see if any of it would help my wife. Believe me, we are not opposed to used equipment. For the first time in years she was able to get her temperature under control by having a bath - that was only made possible by Dave finding this equipment. Dave is one of the few people I am comfortable having in my home and actually look forward to it. His actions have touched my heart, brought me to tears and allowed me to believe that there are still people who care. I had lost that. I cannot express my gratitude for Adapt Mobility and Dave.

I do NOT recommend this company.

They are extremely helpful when you purchase assistive equipment from them. They come to the residence to install without any charge. The product we purchased gave us some issues and when we called to tell them, they came to pick it up, found us a better product and refunded the price. Just awesome customer service with our staff and out clients.

My sister-in-law lost a piece for her walker, we took it to Adapt Mobility. Thish fixed the walker in a matter of minutes, no charge.

My wheelchair has had quite a few owners and so it's been through a lot I was looking into new tires and they were more than helpful and helped me save money on this essential repair. I couldn't be more thankful and grateful for the amazing staff here at Adapt mobility. Any further repairs or parts I need will definitely be going through them. From the amazing receptionists to the hard at work staff in the back this place all around cares about your needs and will do thier best to make sure your needs are met :)

Trevor and his staff at Adapt Mobility are proficient, pleasant and always professional. They do their best, to put the customer first. They have a keen understanding of not only the services they are providing for their clientele, but also the importance of these services to the people they are serving.
