GPS Container Depot (North Location)

Some of the nicest friendly staff you'll ever meet. They are always willing to help you out. They even listen to your questions and comments. Have changed a few things to make there service better. They really treat the less fortunate in Lethbridge with respect and compassion. I count my cans ever time and they have always been right on the same number as me. I have personally seen some of the staff go way above and beyond to make someone having a bad day better. They always great me with a smile. They even work there hardest to keep it as clean as possible inside. The parking lot is always clean. I have always had a place to park because they are also have fast service. Thank you GPS Depot for serving Lethbridge. New new building and equipment.

Don't take your bottles here. Biggest rip off in the city. The workers don't count them and will give you a minimum amount for them. Don't eat the food either. People have discovered mold on the subs here. They probably don't check them for months. The place is super sketchy and the management pushes its employees to rip people off as much as they can. Plus some (not all) of the staff come off as extremely racist. Go somewhere else!!

Most good, some bad, and few down-right nasty. I suggest holding out in the line passing for a familiar counter-clerk that is honest, friendly, and enjoys the service industry. They have a smile on their face. Otherwise be prepared to get ripped-off. Crushing-cans and trashing them, 2 litre and 18 litre water bottles/containers rang-up as dimes on the dollar, and who knows what other schemes are going on under-the-counter. Management should 'can' some chosen few staff and give no deposit/no refund back for them... :(

Just received 10 cents a bottle for my 26ers 40s and milk jugs.brought half of what I had into calgary and got more. Unbelievable. The worker was literally crushing cans infront of me and tossing them to the side. I will NEVER be back. Edit to respond to the owner-I was there this morning around 1030 am with my girlfriend she was wearing a pink sweater I was wearing a harley davidon black baseball cap. The guy manually kept putting in 10 cents over and over for the bigger bottles. We were at the station second last to the exit door. I suggest watching these cameras because this employee will cost you future business

I used to work at a bottle depot so I know how they work and I know how to count. I count all of my bottles and containers before I put them in the bags, before I take them in to the depot.this bottle depot on multiple occasions has ripped me off a minimum of $10 per order if not more.today was the last day I'm tired of it. Today I took in $45 with a product and I got $32.50 change.I will no longer be bringing in my product to this bottle depot because all they do is steal from you.

Went to bring my bottles in first thing in the morning . Had my bottles staked up outside door. When they opened I grabbed a couple of things to bring in onto the table, tried to get back out to get the rest. Well impossible to social distance to get through them. Never felt so vulnerable threw this whole pandemic. Thankfully a nice fellow helped bring in the rest for me. Another helped bring my bins back out. Really need to do something about this. Sign clearly said 1 person at a time inside. 4 people taking bottles at the same time does not work.

This store has a long history in Lethbridge. The staff have always been friendly and they do offer a decent variety of items, including hot food, to sell. I have had their recycling staff lecture me condescendingly once in a while which makes me glad there are alternate sites for that. Prices are comparable to other convenience stores. To those not familiar there isn't a gas bar here so you'll need to go elsewhere if you're looking to fill your tank.

I love the customer service at this store! The staff go above and beyond to get to know their customers and provide them with warm service! The staff should all take a bow! Thank you soo much for the friendly and knowledgeable service!

Miscounts, cheats, and rip-offs.Not once have I ever been given the right amount of bottle return money in the last 7 visits. Discrepancies ranged from a small .10¢ cents to a whopping $5.00. I used to be forgiving of the smaller amounts, then one day the guy split my containers into two separate counts and then tried to only give me only one card for the lesser amount.I can only imagine how much ppl with really large numbers of empties are being taken advantage of.Never had this problem with other depots. Never coming back.
