Products tend to be overpriced and I've never had a good customer service experience. I understand policy may state product needs to be resold but telling a customer in a softer more helpful way goes a long way. Just my opinion.

One of my favourite places for toys, for men. They have an amazing selection of tools, and some great specialized tools, for wood working or metal work, from screw drivers to lathes.The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly.
