Visiting this little off road performance shop nestled in the Kamloops industrial park was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a shop. They absolutely exceeded every single expectation I had, and the wonderful people that make the shop work were a treat to talk to.If you need off-road go fast parts, go here. No exceptions.

Ordered a set of control arm bushings and was given the run around for over 6 weeks about how they would be able to get them to me by the next week. I quit phoning to check in and never received any more information about my order. Ended up ordering from 4WheelParts and had the bushings in 5 days.

Called them up on a Monday afternoon from Ontario to order some Icon UCA's for my truck. Talked to Craig super helpful and knowledgeable he had them shipped out the same day for cheaper than any other authorized icon dealer in Canada. Phenomenal experience wish i lived closer would most certainly do more business with them!

Great shop, extremely willing to work with me when parts were not showing up on time for my trip and I changed an item mid order. Cannot say enough great things about Craig and the guys. They have gone the extra mile to make it so I have ny new suspension for my trip!!! Greatly appreciate and I will be a repeat customer!!

These guys did a great job selling me a 10,000$ Carli lift! But 3 years later when I needed parts for the components, I called and emailed for 2 weeks and couldn’t get someone to even pretend like they wanted to help me. I only got told they were too busy

Excellent customer service! I dealt with Brock when I drove up to Kamloops from Langley to get my King Suspension rebuilt for my 3rd Gen Tacoma about 6 months ago. I had the most horrible experience with North Shore Off-Road in North Van. I will not go into detail why but i will never deal with them again. From now on when i need work done I will drive 3 hours to Baja North to get it done and it is well worth it. Brock is a really nice guy and did an excellent job of rebuilding my suspension. While I was there i saw some of the other work they did and it was amazing. Thanks Baja North! My suspension is still running like new.
