Tōshikan Traditional Karate and Kobudō
Great dojo to train at. Typical evening starts with a comprehensive warm-up followed by Kihon practical applications, then techniques for progressing through the belt system. Everybody is friendly & willing to help each other, with the Senpai helping with one on one training. Highly recommend Toshikan for Goju karate.

Our child has been training at Mac's dojo for a couple of years now. Mac is an incredibly skilled and patient teacher who truly holds the best interests of his students . We have seen our child's confidence, discipline, and respect grow from his opportunity to practice martial arts here. Also, they have a lot of fun!

Our 2 children have trained with Mac for the last 4 years. It has been a wonderful experience full of growth, dedication and strength. We are so happy to have found this studio and look forward to many more years of practice.
