Not recommended for large dogs. Two stars are to the assistant. The assistant was very helpful but the owner didn’t want to work with my dog who is not aggressive but a bit nervous. She didn’t even look at my dog or talk to me directly. She only spoke to her assistant. I drove all the way with my dog with the appointment made by the owner for nothing. Definitely not dog whisperer for sure!

My pup is hard to deal with and this woman is incredibly patient and wonderful.. if i could give 100 stars i would... thanks !!!! Perfection and the cut was absolutely the cutest.... hands up !!!!

My dog is a poodle-bichon mix and I was very impressed with this service. It was very affordable and the groomer was very kind. I will definitely be back. My dog looked adorable when I picked her up and she did not seem stressed out as she normally is after a grooming.Merci beacoup!

Brought my cat here in 2018. I saw the reviews were very positive and its close to my area so I thought why not try it. The owner is great, you can tell she loves animals and has years of experience. I deffinitely recommend this place!

I’ve gotten my dog groomed here twice, the first time was great but the second time was pretty bad with lots of long uneven areas.

Had an appointment today for my dog, I showed up and they were not open!! Waited around to see if maybe they were just late , noticed a sign on the door that said medical emergency, sorry to hear that BUT you should call your appointments and advise them and NOT make them show up and nobody’s is there!! Very frustrating

ALL I CAN SAY IS THE OWNER IS AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!My dog usually comes back from the other groomer so anxious and hides for days. He was so happy and looked great. I amso happy i found her , you can tell this is her passion and has a love for animals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Brought my little 14 year old monster" (jack-chi) to have his "nails" trimmed and for the first time ever he didn't fight it! Not a peep! I'm very happy to have discovered Idée Fixe/Nadine. :)"
