I recently traded in my dodge grand caravan that i purchased from carloft in kingston 5 years ago for a dodge durango from carloft in napanee, and i must say dealing with nick and Jeremy was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy and Nick at the Napanee location. These two are absolute gentleman. They both took the time 30 minutes before closing to meet with me. I had a horrible experience from a Chevy dealership and these two turned that around. They took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and found me a truck the next day. I never felt rushed and these two went to bat for me and kept me updated along the way and always got back to me in a timely manner with any questions I had. Now I have an amazing Nissan Titanwith a great warranty. I will be bringing all my business to them in the future. Jeremy and Nick are professionals you can trust every step of the way!

I would definitely recommend Carloft Napanee to my friends and family. Jeremy worked hard to get me the car I wanted, and he was very honest through the whole process. I felt totally comfortable through the whole process. Overall fantastic place.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received at this location. Last Friday my husband confirmed an appointment for this past Tuesday at 9AM to view a specific vehicle at the Napanee location. I drove a half an hour with an infant, only to be told upon arrival on Tuesday, that the vehicle had been moved to Kingston and sold. No phone call to advise us, nothing. We made a trip to Napanee for no reason. The sales person advised us they had just learned when they arrived to work moments before we pulled in the parking lot, that the vehicle had sold. I understand vehicles are selling quickly these days, but this is unacceptable, we had a secured appointment. Someone from the company should have contacted us to advise it had been sold. We would have happily viewed the vehicle on the weekend, but were advised they were closed until the Tuesday. (holiday Monday) Tuesday evening we then received an email titled 'Additional Information Regarding the Vehicle You Viewed Today'. When in reality we didn't view any vehicles, as it had been sold. Likely an automated email, but still quite a disorganized company. Very disappointed, and will not be shopping there in the future.

Had an excellent experience with Jeremy!!! He was patient with us and was kind enough to hold our (now purchased) vehicle while we decided what was best for our family. 10/10 would recommend this team to anyone who is looking!!!

Nick made the car buying experience beyond easy & got me into the vehicle I wanted in less than a week! Would highly recommend.
