Booked with Natalia! She did an absolutely phenomenal job of bleaching my hair!! It was quite dark with lots of brassy undertones and it lifted to a beautiful white blonde. No damage. Highly recommend this place!! Can't wait to go sample their other treatments!!! Great job Natalia. Everyone wants to touch my hair it looks so soft and shiny! Can't thank you enough!

Be prepared for your stylist to be unprepared. And potentially some ableist judgement. She didn't know what I was there for, (so I'm guessing they didn't check for the 4 allergens I included in my appointment request). After I explained that I'm disabled, (which was also in my appointment request), and often washing my hair is really hard, (I literally went there to pay someone to do it for me), I got a solid lecture about how I need to wash my hair more often. No sympathy at all for the fact that I'm disabled and often can't. Other than that, it went ok. But ableism is never ok.

I love spasation, but a couple of things were weird they said I called and canceled my appointment. I had no idea about that. I didn't even cancel. Also, an extra appointment was booked under my name. Otherwise, customer service was good, and the massage lady was nice too she did nice jobs.

I had come in with a very special request for a color and haircut. I came in with dark hair and needs to soften my look by changing with highlights. I came in putting Natalia to the challenge since I always come to her now for my hair needs. And she did it! Just like always! Natalia! Natalia! Love her so much! She is very professional and always willing to transform me in any manner! Thank you Natalia!

My first time visiting and it was a wonderful experience. I had a pedicure with paraffin. My mom and sister had facials and pedicure s as well. We all enjoyed all our services. Every employee was so nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend booking your spa services here.

Been going to this salon for years and recently it's gone down hill. Had a massage booked a week ago, drove an hour to get to it only to get told I don't have any appointments booked. I waited on the phone a week ago and was told the computer was glitching and after 20 mins of waiting I thought I had secured appointments as I was told all was good. Very rude front staff that addresses customers by love"."

Careful this salon is a rip off! I've gone 5 times for just a solid color. Each time they charge me more and more. It's always an argument every time I go. I paid $85 once then $90 some then the next lady wanted to charge me $165 absolutely crazy! I had to argue to get the $90 some price the next time then the owner did my hair and it was over $100. Then I call to make an appointment and the receptionist was a complete B....!!!! She told me they put some sort of note on my file. As a customer I deserve to know how much they will charge to do my hair. They run some sort of scam operation there! Don't go to the Londonderry Spasation location!

My first experience was absolutely awesome, therapist was recommended by my old friend who(was)used to work in this location(Connie). Valentine was my go to in this location, just like her technique. However 2nd visit-there was error in the amount it was submitted through my benefit(this was resolve and thanks to the supervisor I spoke to, shes great the way she dealt with the scenario with professionalism. she apologizes and even offer some sort of deal/discount. I declined the offer. The thing is she owe and apologizes in behalf of the staff which is the right thing to do(close). The 3rd visit was awful, the bad experienced I ever experienced to all clinic I had ever visited. Receptionist/supervisor was not accommodating and nor I see her smile. Checkout time; she said they do not process canada life and greenshield which was not indicated in their website(maybe put this in ur website) receptionist asked me if I am also paying for my daughter and I said yes. Then I paid. She staple both receipts(clover receipt and receipt coupon band)and said to me “here you go, have a good day!” I feel like oh well maybe she was telling me here off u go now lol. No eye contact and no smile. This makes me feel like I was not invited and or welcome there. I go home and noticed i only got 1 receipt, I called and told them they gave me combined receipt how am I gonna send this to insurance and could I send the same receipt to myself and my daughter benefits. Receptionist said,then you only paid for 1 person/receipt, which make sense. Now shes asking me to go back and or when should I be able to go back to pay what I owe (by the way she talks like as if it was all my fault). She said she dont know that in some reason someone had only printed 1 receipt when in fact shes the one who process my check out. My point is that she did not acknowledge/accept her mistake and like try to blame to someone. Which like irritates me. Now I have to go back there and now I am owing them. I even ask if its possible that I gave them through phone my bank info so they could get the payment that now I am owing to them but unfortunately she said, they dont do that in this location. I told her I wont be available for next week as when I finish work they will be close and were not that close to this location. When I told her, let me speak to the supervisor-she said shes the supervisor”Saturday shift”. So I said, oh that make sense thats why you dont smile (literally from entering to leaving the shop never see her smiling to me)And she got oh i have to hung up the phone as we dont tolerate this kind of behaviour and she got angry. We go for massage to relax and also feel accommodated as we choose your shop to visit despite of previous incident”we give chances” but this visit is the worst. Never had this incident happen to me
